I didn't spent much time there and unfortunately the synagogue was closed for the visitors, but the district is very tourist welcoming.

Wonderful place to visit, museums, shops, market, restaurants and cafés, located just outside the old town close to the castle an area that must be explored for its history, culture and cuisine.

shalom to all ! it's a unique place to see how it's getting back to life after lots of years being forget. Jews are coming back to their routs and re building and giving a sparkle of life to it. it's a place were you can eat kosher food you can see Orthodox Jews a place were you can try traditional kitchen have a first touch with the culture! if you have a chance visit this part of krakow and spend some time there.

Good to just walk and feel the history of the area. Please eat at the terrific Jewish restaurants and be moved when listening to the sounds of klezmer music. We loved it, as we cried and laughed all at the same time.
