Great vodkas but not too expensive. Good music, quiet and relaxed.

“Superb, sociable and surprising.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 August 2014

Situated next to the Jewish Temple on the North side of Kazimierz this wonderful, friendly little place is well worth a detour. We had a three course meal, with the recommended local honey beers and coffees after for less than £10 each and I have never eaten so well at that price. The borscht with ravioli was just amazing, seriously sharp and tasty. The beers were well worth their recommendation - sweet and full. The traditional main course of breaded pork cutlets with roast potato was substantial and filling, and accompanied by traditional salads of coleslaw and carrot, but with tasty twists. Special attention and careful preparation meant that our mains were accompanied with sprigs of fresh thyme, our deserts with fresh mint leaves. We needed to walk around the block before our deserts, so substantial was the main course but it was worth coming back. Our deserts were heavenly cakes - so heavenly that my boyfriend asked the owner if she would adopt him and feed him cakes for the rest of his life. If she does, I'll be visiting, and if you are visiting Krakow you'd be mad to miss this lovely place.

“The Best Cakes in Krakow!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 July 2014

I enjoyed the most amazing traditional Polish cheesecake here. Delicious, fresh, homemade, traditional Polish food and modestly priced too. A great place to chill out and listen to some good music in the heart of the old Jewish quarters of the city.
