A nice surprise! The staff was pleasant and helpful in every way. Easy check in, room was very clean. Everything looked freshly renovated and the hotel is 10 yrs old. The concierge secured restaurant reservations for us and followed up with a message on our TV (guest account). We ate dinner in the hotel one night at The Olive (good food and wonderful service).
We asked for coffee and pastries to go two mornings and the hostesses were wonderful and very fast in helping us.
I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Great location, across from the river, close to the Castle (2 min walk) and Old City center (5 min walk).
OH, and BTW very quite! So refreshing.
Free WIFI in the lobby.

Nice location, next to the castle and across from the river. The Old Town is not far away to stroll. The rooms are pleasant and the breakfast is good. Had dinner in the Sports Bar and it was very friendly, quick service and good food. Hotel is expensive compared to others in the area and wifi in the room not included - only in the bars and reception areas which was disappointing.

My daughter and wife had carefully planned a surprise birthday trip for me to visit the land of my father. The holiday included a 4 day stay in Krakow. We stayed at the Sheraton which is beautifully situated on the river next door to Wawel Castle. The hotel and stay were faultless. The staff and hotel facilities were becoming of the 5 star rating. The roof top terrace bar is a great place to enjoy a drink or three. Krakow is packed with things to do and places to vsit and the hotel a welcome retreat. Stroll to the river and hop on a small boat ferry and in 10 minutes you're in the old Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz. This place has lots of buzz, bars and eateries with some good shops.

Room Tip: Ask for a river view!

Just spent 5 days in Krakow and stayed at the Sheraton. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was great, overlooking the river. The roof top terrace is really nice with waitress service for food and drinks. Views amazing of the river and castle. Nice casual restaurant inside too. Hotel modern and clean. Would highly recommend it. Because Poland is not in the euro (they have the zloty) it's a cheap get away with so much to see including Auschwitz, amazing salt mine, beautiful castle and a bustling main square.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the river at the front of the hotel

This hotel never ceases to impress me. The location, right by the river and the castle is superb and the Old Town and Square are just a short pleasant stroll away. The young staff are all pleasant and eager to help. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The rooms are good, especially those with a river view at the front of the hotel.
The Olive serves great breakfasts and the lunch and dinner menus are excellent and very reasonably priced for a true 5 star hotel. The Sports Bar also gives access to a more basic menu, serving an great selection of burgers etc.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front with a view of the river.
