This is a great Sheraton hotel situated right beside the world famous Wavel Hill and which also overlooks the Vistula River. The hotel itself is very modern and new and is really classy. The rooms are second to none and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was superb, great attentive service and delicious food. The hotel food was the best I ate in Krakow.A superb location to explore the famous city and also a short walk to the Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz..Krakow is a great city and this is a great hotel.

Stayed in this hotel just for an odd night at the end of a business trip.

As one would expect, the facilities were top notch. The rooms were spacious, modern and perfectly clean. The sleep quality was excellent. Even though my room overlooked the sometimes bustling busy atrium the door blocked out all of the external noise. The level of comfort was just right. Breakfast offered an extensive array of choice. The service was very attentive and never too intrusive, despite the fact that there were so very many staff present.

We would definitely return, despite the price differential with other Krakow hotels.

Just back from a 3 nights stay at The Sheraton, Krakow.

We took advantage of the stay 3 nights, pay for 2 deal.

Everything was excellent - from the Hotel taxi, Reception, check in, room, bars, leisure facilities....etc.etc... The Breakfast was the best I have ever experienced.

The staff all speak very good English and are very polite and caring.

The location was far enough away from the centre to be quiet and picturesque. A number of different routes can be taken to the main square which is full of good restaruants and bars. Try Marmolada for Michelin recommended food at very reasonable prices....

We will definitely visit Krakow again and if the budget permits, we will stay at The Sheraton...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while visiting Krakow. It is a beautiful hotel, quite high end. The location was wonderful right on the Vistula River and with an amazing view of Wawel, only a few minute walk away. It is a short walk to the main square and the Cloth Hall. The hotel is almost right on the Royal Road so you will enjoy being able to walk everywhere. The room was nice and quiet with all the amenities although it annoyed me to have to pay for the internet and then have it not even be wireless. I am a strong believer that internet should be free in all hotels. I can say that if I knew this ahead of time I would have choosen another hotel as we had a laptop and two ipod touches and with only wired internet it was a hassle. I was a bit mislead in my research on this hotel. There is wireless in the hotel lobby in the vodka bar area. We bought 6 hours of internet for 49PLN which was enough to do us quick checks a few times a day. The beds are good but not super and I preferred to shower in the gym because we had very little water pressure in our room and the gym showers were nicer. I doubt every room had this issue or I am sure there would be more comments on Trip Advisor. The gym and pool/sauna facilities are great, clean and well managed. We did not have the breakfast package but managed to get food no problem close to the hotel. There are restaurants and there is a large grocery store very close (just down the road across the street on the bridge). We bought some drinks and snacks there. We did eat a few times at the hotel sports bar "Some Place Else". The food was great but the prices are higher than you need to pay. Still it was very convenient and has a nice atmosphere. We arrived to Krakow by train and took a taxi from the Galeria Krakowska – the large shopping centre which is attached to the train and bus station. It costs us only 15PLN to get to the hotel. The hotel has its own drivers and we paid 80PLN for a ride to the airport when we left. We did a few tours and they leave right from the hotel and you can even put the tours on your hotel tab but be forewarned there is a 5% extra fee if not using cash to settle that portion of your bill. I was impressed that the staff warned me of this ahead of time. There is a very nice hotel gift shop and the jewellery prices seemed comparable to the Cloth Hall. I did a last minute purchase after regretting not buying a bracelet. It can be a bit overwhelming but if you like jewellery you will enjoy Krakow. The service was wonderful and we all recommend this hotel.

Stayed here in August and had a great stay - stayed 2 separate nights with a stay in Auschwitz in the middle night so visited 2 different rooms (1 standard, 1 club). The rooms were almost identical with the exception of the view and a few extra amenities, but the access to the club lounge really does add a lot of value to the club rooms where we found unlimited free snacks and drinks from morning to night. I haven't stayed anywhere else in Krakow, but if I return it will definitely be to this hotel. Free internet in the rooms would be a nice addition, but at least it's free downstairs in the bars and in the club lounge. I visited the sports bar and vodka bar here and they both offered very good service.

Visited Krakow in early August to attend a friends wedding. Decided to spoil ourselves and book into the Sheraton. Was greeted by some of the most friendly staff. Receptionist was very quick and efficient. The level of customer service offered made most high end hotels in Dublin,Ireland look like cheap hostels. Room was very clean and well laid out. we booked the deluxe room(well worth the extra few euro). Every staff member was a joy to talk too. I would highly recommend this hotel. My partner and I are going back in February and booking into the Sheraton without any doubt.

The Sheraton hotel in Krakow is truly 5-star. The location is perfect near the river and castle, and just 10 minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are 5-star with all the features you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. We were put in a smoking room for our first night which we didn't like but for the remaining nights the staff gave us a non-smoking room and moved our luggage for us while we were out, which was a nice touch. Free internet facilities are downstairs though the inroom wifi is not free. Overall, if you can afford this hotel (we couldn't normally but someone kindly paid for us!), it's perfect.
