I stayed a few nights with my husband and we had an absolutely perfect stay.
The room was spacious, comfortable and nice. The bed was very comfortable, good mattress, smooth linen, good and lots of pillows. The wardrobes were OK and good space for the luggage. We also had a desk with chair, and a sofa with another little coffee-table. The window was not very big, the room had enough light but the view was nothing to look at really. Well climatizatized and silent.

The bathroom could have been much bigger for the standards of the room and the hotel in general. But it was OK.
The service was very good; personnel very helpful and friendly.
We didt try the breakfast because it was way too expensive, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. We could have had four dinners downtown for that price. We were going to a bakery around the corner and had great breakfast for about a tenth of the price (1/10 literally!)
The fitness area is very small, and the swimming pool is a joke! Its maybe 3 or 4 meters long? Lol! Its so small is disrespectful.

Excellenet service, excellent stuff, excellent location, excellent building. People from all over the world would love it. The Wawel Castle is lying just next to hotel. Internet works like a charm, the room are tdy and clean. Great cafe and restaurant make it all worth the money, and the price is not low. But for luxury you have to pay.

This is a great Sheraton hotel situated right beside the world famous Wavel Hill and which also overlooks the Vistula River. The hotel itself is very modern and new and is really classy. The rooms are second to none and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was superb, great attentive service and delicious food. The hotel food was the best I ate in Krakow.A superb location to explore the famous city and also a short walk to the Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz..Krakow is a great city and this is a great hotel.

Stayed in this hotel just for an odd night at the end of a business trip.

As one would expect, the facilities were top notch. The rooms were spacious, modern and perfectly clean. The sleep quality was excellent. Even though my room overlooked the sometimes bustling busy atrium the door blocked out all of the external noise. The level of comfort was just right. Breakfast offered an extensive array of choice. The service was very attentive and never too intrusive, despite the fact that there were so very many staff present.

We would definitely return, despite the price differential with other Krakow hotels.
