Rooms are built like budget type hotels but with plenty of wow factors ....modern, clean and ticks all the boxes. Loved the tablet in the room to control everything , free international calls (when you find the phone..lol). Also have to add breakfast was one to look forward to

Location is also excellent

As others have said before this is an excellent hotel. The room prices are still exceotional. We paid around £65GBP per night for a suite. The suites are on the top floor with most over looking the city. The views were brilliant. The suites are two rooms with a glass door separating them. Both have big flat screen TV's in them. Each room has padded benching which if you are in reflective mood you can lie on and look out over the city or across the road to the three storey Krackowsa Galeria shopping centre. The beds are very comfortble and the room very quiet. There is pleny if room in the suite but Having seen the standard rooms I can see why some think are small. It is not so much that the room is small but rather they are filled by kingsize beds rather than double beds.

However there are two reasons I didn't give 5 stars.

1) i just don't get the glass walled bathroom. In the suite the toilet bowl is one metre ( through glass) from the bed. Too close. Perhaps it started as a joke from the hotel designer and got out of control with everyroom having glassed walled bahrooms. The hotel clearly know this is wrong which is why they have put up curtains to pull over the glass. Only problem is the curtains are on the outside of the glass. You could imagine kids having a play around and pulling the curtains apart midway through your business and there is nought you can do about it.Perhaps it is the new continental way to do your business. Not for me thanks

2) The automatic roller blinds for the external windows are controlled by the Samsung tablet. unfortunately the blind is either up or down and slots into a frame for blackout. There is a lot of power in the blind and it has no safety to retreat if it senses there is an obstruction. I was lying on the window benching looking out the window when the roller blind was activated by some one in the other room( the tablet controls the blinds in both rooms) and my arm was over the frame. I expected the blind to stop but it didn't and it bent my wrist over in the attempt. If that was a small child the arm could have been broken easily. In my opinion the roller blinds are dangerous so don't put anything you cherish near them when they are being activated.

Room Tip: Ask for suite overlooking city rather than Galeria shopping centre.

We stayed here in a recent trip to Krakow. Splurged on a suite which was still very reasonable (approx $115 USD a night). The room was wired and controlled via a tablet. Very nice perk to be able to control lights, temperature, blinds and TV all from the tablet. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the main town square and right across the street from a mall.

We really liked the modern feel of the hotel and felt we were getting a steal, given the price.

It was a great experience! I was recommended here by a friend. We both stayed together but everything smelled so fresh and clean. I would recommend anybody to stay here while in krakow. The plus side is that it's right next to the mall as well :)
