“Birthday and valentine stay”
Reviewed 15 February 2014

Service is absolutely amazing, helpful and very friendly staff. Whenever we had a problem, as a TV that was playing up, the staff was here to help (successfully) within 10 minutes. Even when we were not possible to book a spa, they helped so two massage therapist could come to our room the very next day.
The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The only negative is that there is no bath.
The technology is both an advantage and a disadvantage, as the tablet in the room controls the lights, temperature, phone, and alarm clock, and can as all new technology, fail when you need it the most. However, a very entertaining feature.

Everything was good and very automatic. Didn't mind the glass walls to the bathroom although they can be awkward in times. The only thing I din't like was the absence of service. When we arrived there were two persons at reception and we were the only ones to check in at the time but we were still asked to check in on a computer about a meter away from he actual desk. Could be handy if reception is too busy but it seems very poor service when 2 receptionists are free and guests are asked to check in themselves. In our case we were skiing -arrived at the Hotel still wearing ski clothes- and had to go through the process 3 times in order to manage to check in and go upstairs.

The hotel is an a great position for getting to the bus and train station, the old town centre and for getting buses and trams to other places of interest.

Considering what we paid to stay at the hotel it felt like a quality establishment. The tablet to control the lights etc in the room was fun and quality touches like the heated bathroom floor were great.

The hotel lobby was really pleasant and the tablets on hand for use as you sit with your free (and really pretty decent) coffee were great.

The lack of storage space in the rooms may be a problem for some but i'm happy to live out of a suitcase anyway.

All in all an excellent stay, my only complaint is that I found the room to hot at night and with the window open the noise from the street was to much so we were stuck being uncomfortable!

Highly recommended.

This perfectly located hotel is very modern and charming and has some of the nicest features I've seen in hotels lately.
I stayed with my girlfriend in one suite for three nights. It was very spacious, with two separate areas for relaxing and for sleeping. I really enjoyed the tablet that controls all features, including heating, room windows, TV, etc (even bathroom floor heating!). It was also very clean and comfortable even though the hotel stays in one of Krakow's busiest streets.
Also worth checking is the hotel's restaurant: decent choice and great prices considering that you are in a four star hotel.
Definitely coming back to this hotel!

Amazing hotel of the future!

It was so easy to find the hotel, as it was a short walk from the train station which took us from the airport and this was cheap compared to a taxi (£4 per person return). Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who were very informative and cheerful (even though it was quite late at night due to late Ryanair flight).
The room was stunning: really clean, fresh and modern, which is different to other hotels we have stayed in in Krakow. We had a lovely view and the bed was so comfy! It was hard to get up for breakfast! (7:30-10:30 on weekdays). Here were no drawers but lots of hangers and quite a few shelves.
The en-suite had walls of glass, which took a few attempts at getting used to but there was a curtain for added privacy and it did make the room feel bigger. However I can see why some would find it unnerving.
The tablet used to control the room was innovative and my other half had a lot of fun changing the colours of the room via LED lights controlled by the tablet. We were able to make free internationals calls which we appreciated and it also controlled the temperate of the room, do not disturb signs on the door, cleaning service, checking out and the big TV. The room did feel a bit chilly at times but it didn't take us long to warm up.
The bathroom had a heated floor, and good water pressure/temperature in the shower but there wasn't much space around the sink. However there was a tiled shelf behind the toilet.
Breakfast was amazing! The pastries were a personal favourite and free hot and cold drinks were definitely a plus. Even at other times of the day, each room card allowed five free hot drinks per day, which was great given the snowy weather. Even my picky vegetarian other half filled up her breakfast plate!
During our stay we encountered a medical problem on a Sunday and a member of staff (Adam) spent ages on the phone trying to find us a doctor. He was so helpful and determined to make sure we were happy. He were so grateful for his help and other members of staff also made us feel welcome whatever the time of day.
For day trips, the hotel was situated close to bus stops, tram stops and a train station so you could get to attractions easily and cheaply. However the hotel also offered to books trips for you.
Overall we LOVED it. Staff were amazing and the interior design was beautiful. We would definitely stay again, hopefully for longer!

Pros:
Lovely staff
Beautiful interior design
Fantastic, central location
Good price
Great food
Free international calls
So modern
Free luggage storage after checkout if your flight is later on
Free hot drinks

Cons:
A bit chilly at times
No actual drawers for clothes, instead had shelves
Sometimes street outside was loud

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights this (cold and snowy) January. Checking in was quick and simple with lovely friendly staff who helped us with directions, organised our tours and looked after our luggage for us as we arrived some time before the 3pm check-in. Our superior double room was quite small but cosy, modern and stylish! Bed was so comfy, and there was a plasma tv and tablet to control lighting and underfloor heating and free wifi! Glass bathroom was fun although a little impractical at times but we knew what we signed up for! Really couldn't fault the hotel, it was clean, welcoming and in a great location - opposite a big shopping mall and only 10 min walk to the main square. Would definitely stay here again.
