Puro hotel is one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed in. The hotel was clean, modern and in a great location. The room we stayed in was opposite the lifts, but it was very quiet.
We stayed here for a week and in that time we were helped by the staff on more than one occassion. The service that we received whilst staying at this hotel was above anything that we expected. A tablet in the room controls the tv, lights, room temperature and has internet access 24/7.
The old town is about a ten minute walk away and the hotel is located opposite the galaria, which leads to the Glowny train station and the bus terminal. Which was great for our needs. overall a fantastic stay at this hotel.
Dear Deborah S
Thank you for great opinion.
For me, as a General Manager, it is important to see that not only hotel as a product is good, but also staff is appreciated.
Best regards
Marek
Really nice room which was quiet, clean and very modern. Breakfast good but not great. Tablet controlled room (lights, blinds, tv, etc.) works really well.
Next to a large shopping mall, but about 10 minutes walk to the city center.
Dear paulbakker84,

I hope some day you will come back to Krakow and choose our hotel again.

Puro Hotel is one year old hotel so everything is still in pristine condition.Transport first: It is very easy to get to it from airport, you have choice of taxi, minibus or bus. For bus come out of T1 keep right and follow the signs.Bus 292"s last stop is Glowny train station which is opposite the hotel but other side of the big shopping complex.get ticket for zone 2 at the machine which costs 4 zloty. You just go through ground level, go up the escalator to next level and come out to the main street and the hotel is to your right. Also some minibuses offer a lift for 20 zloty.Everything in the hotel is controlled by galaxy tablet but don't be intimidated, nothing complicated.Rooms are very modern, 40" tv has few english news channels.Toilet and shower are cubed in darkened glass and you pull the curtain if you want privacy, no trouble for couples. There is a nice coffee machine by reception and makes a coffee from beans, there are other coffee varieties and you are allowed five drinks a day.It operates with your room card.Wireless internet is good.Breakfast is sufficient, I missed my hot porridge:) but there are plenty options. Most sights in town are in within 3 miles radius.I recommend the hotel as it is very close to old town and transport.ATTENTION:Train service is off till spring of 2015 due to renovation.Change your money in exchange services but ask the rate you will get before you hand your money. They advertise good price but give you a different rate.Go to official exchange offices if you can.I havent tried restaurant as there are plenty eating options in town.Enjoy your stay....

I stayed here for a conference. It's brand new, with attractive design and good infrastructure. Staff are pleasant and helpful. It also turns out that the kitchen is open late into the evening. I wish I'd known that rather than buying a bad sandwich en-route. The rooms are high-tech controlled by pads. That can be a bit of a nuisance and I wonder how they will age. Internet is good which makes up for limited TV channels in English.
It's not a scenic location, next to a shopping mall a little out of town, so probably not best for walking around the historic centre.
Dear inner_city_resident,
Thank you for taking time to complete the review.
We are about to extend the number of channels available in the hotel, so next time when you come it should be ready.
I can assure you the hotel is very centrally located and walk to Market Square takes 5-10 minutes.
Thank you again for choosing PURO
Best regards
Marek
