Stayed for a couple of days in late July 2014. Good proximity to old city center. Can be reached on foot from train station or with a short taxi ride. New and therefore sparkling hotel with outstanding customer service. Some areas to improve: air conditioning is so-so--room did not get truly cool. Rooms could use at least one dresser drawer to place clothes in. High walled tub is challenging to get in an out of yet there is no handle on the wall to assist you as you step out on to the slick wet floor--this should be addressed as soon as possible. "Cold milk" at breakfast was room temp.
Overall a very good choice for staying in Krakow...More
