Excellent hotel, friendly staff. It is a 10 minute stroll to the main square. Had a junior suite which was very reasonably priced. The room was excellent, the beds very comfortable and you could have held a party in the bathroom. I would go back there again. The breakfast was good and the bar friendly and reasonably priced.

Room Tip: The Junior Suite was excellent.

This Hotel is in the Jewish Quarter but only a 10 minute walk to the main square Rynek Glowny. Also about 5 trams stop nearby to get to & from the old town.

The Hotel is new, when I looked at the address on Google maps it was a two storey uninhabited building in a road that looked like a building site. What a transformation!!!

Reception area is large & welcoming & the staff speak excellent English.
We stayed in a superior double room on the fourth floor (room 401). Everything was gleaming. A huge double bed, an easy chair & stool. Table, chair, tv & tea & coffee making facilities.
The bathroom was bright with big mirrors, a walk-in shower & had under floor heating.

The breakfast was the best I've had in any of the european countries I've visited. Plenty of choice, full english, hams, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, teas & coffee.
We didn't eat in the newly opened Fab Fusion restaurant so can't comment on that.

There was only one thing that could be better, although they supplied 4 sachets of coffee in the room, there was only 1 normal tea bag (3 fruit tea bags) & two small milk pots. I'm a tea person & if you were both having a drink there was not enough milk for both of you. I did ask for some milk at reception when returning one evening & they delivered me a jug by room service. Didn't expect that!!!!!

As per previous reviews I'm sure if I wanted to return I wouldn't be able to afford it.

Room Tip: We stayed in 401 & I couldn't fault it.

This hotel is just simply amazing, staff are friendly - they can't do enough for you, rooms are VERY comfortable, beds are huge, lots of room as we upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival for a nominal fee. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of offerings and enough to please even the most fussy eaters, We ate dinner in the hotel both nights and found the food tasty and of a high quality, with a great price tag to match, Special mention to Joanna the waitress in the restaurant, who just couldn't do enough for us, she is worth her weight in gold!
Hotel is quite centrally located, you can walk to Schindler;s Factory (well worth a visit), and also only a 10 minute walk to the main square, Didn't have to catch a bus or a cab. The hotel books tours so we got them to book our tour to the Salt mine, very enjoyable and we learnt a lot!
The Metropolitan left us with a taste of wanting more, we didn't get time to see everything in Krakow as we were only in town for two nights but am sure we will be back soon and will definately stay in this fantastic hotel again.

Room Tip: Upgrade to the Junior Suite for a nominal fee if you get the chance. Trust me it's worth it!

Have just returned from a three night stay in Krakow and thought I should commend this excellent hotel. Fabulous building with large comfortable rooms, and a modern spotless bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were attentive, helpful and always had time to chat, or share useful information with you. Excellent food in the restaurant in the evening with a mix of Polish and Fusion dishes - competitively priced. Breakfast offered a wide choice of good quality food in a spacious and comfortable dining room. About 10 minutes walk from the main market square, or two stops on the tram. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Good value and excellent service in Krakow!

Clean and comfortable rooms quiet overlooking the courtyard, modern decor c/w en-suite bathroom.
Staff friendly and efficient.
Location close to the Jewish quarter and good 10 mins walk to the old town with handy supermarket across the street.
Breakfast good choice of food and drinks, although toaster not working on our last morning!!
Bar and restaurant but we prefer to dine out.
Overall would highly recommend as city to visit and excellent value for money.

Room Tip: Quiet rooms overlooking the rear courtyard

The time it took to create this hotel was time very well spent indeed. While there can be very little wrong with the building and and its interior, the staff and owners are not sitting back celebrating a job well done. The staff, who make the hotel, are friendly and attentive and respond to your needs. We had a great welcome, and great service everywhere we went. Breakfast was great, regularly freshened up and plentiful. The lobby bar was a nice place to finish off your night and not over priced. A towel hook inside the massive walk in shower would be nice but that's only a suggestion as we could not fault this hotel. A big bonus is that all the Old Town sites are within a ten minute walk.

Room Tip: Using a few words of Polish brings a smile to the faces of staff.
