Excellent hotel with good location. Great rooms, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us. Great job.
Good and tasty breakfast. They surprised us by great choice of items including freshly squeezed carrot and beetroot juices amongst the others. Restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly.
We enjoyed every moment in this hotel including our dinner in their restaurant with excellent food.
Highly recommended, definitely will return.

Sarah.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay with my daughter at this hotel. From landing at the airport and getting into our room it took less than an hour which is pretty impressive ! The hotel itself is situated down a side street in the old Jewish quarter which is about a 10-15 min walk to the main square which is really easy to find. There is a small supermarket over the road which was really handy. Check in was very quick, I'd booked online through Easyjet and the girl in reception only asked for my name, brought my details up on her computer, asked to look at our passports and that was it, we were in the lift up to our room 222 on the 2nd floor. The hotel looks really smart, bright and modern as you enter through the automatic doors, the bar/restaurant is on the right side as you enter and the reception is on the left side. There are comfy sofas to sit on in the reception area and 2 laptops to use. On first impressions on entering the room is that it was really spacious and tastefully decorated. We had booked a twin superior room and it was exactly as described on the hotel's website. There were two single beds, a bedside cabinet with a lamp on each side. There were two pillows each and the bed was comfortable and was furnished with a duvet and bed runner. There was a large wardrobe with plenty of room and plenty of hangers, inside was a free safe and an ironing board. There was a chaise lounge and a chair with a nice sized coffee table inbetween and there were also 2 desks. There was a 32" tv on the wall facing the beds over one desk and over the other desk was a large mirror. The room also had two rather large windows that opened and overlooked the courtyard which when we were there was really quiet. The curtains once closed let no light in which was good for the bright mornings. There was a large chest of drawers which had plenty of drawer space, in which was a shoe shining kit and sewing kit. On top of these were the tea/coffee making facilities. You had a selection of teas and coffees but only two tiny pots of milk so if you needed more you had to go downstairs to the restaurant where they gave you a jug. There was a stainless steel kettle which boiled really quickly. There was also a mini bar and the prices were reasonable and you also got free bottles of water. The room was really warm which was lovely after being out but if you got too hot you could just open the windows or turn the 2 radiators down. The bathroom was bright and spacious and well laid out. The shower was in the bath and was really powerful. The only drawback I could see was that to get into the bath for a shower or maybe a bath it was really high ! Anybody who has mobility problems or is elderly may find this a struggle ! There was complimentary shower gel and hair shampoo and conditioner and a shower cap. You also got free wi-fi and you get given the code at reception when you check in. All in all we were really impressed with the room The breakfast was self service and was very good. There was toast making facilities and there was a good selection of cheeses and jams. There was also scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. There was also yogurts, croissants, cakes and cereals. The tea selection was good and there was also coffee and plenty of juices. We never had to wait for a table and overall we were really happy with breakfast. The bar was well stocked and they had a good cocktail and drinks menu of which we had a couple and they were lovely and the prices were reasonable. There was also a gym but we didn't use it so can't comment on that. Check out again was painless and really quick. One thing that I didn't like was that outside the supermarket there seemed to be groups of men hanging about who then crossed the road and asked for money while we were stood outside the hotel, this happened a couple of times, we just walked back into the hotel and waited until they'd gone back over the road. This was annoying rather than frightening or intimidating but surely the hotel knows this is happening and they should be moving them on ! Overall though we were really impressed with the hotel, the staff and the facilities and I'm already planning my next visit.

Room Tip: Choose one overlooking the courtyard, we were in 222.

Stayed here January with group of friends, the hotel is located within walking distance of the main
Square, rooms were luxurious and immaculately clean,as was all the hotel really good choice of
Breakfast each morning . The bar was lovely and the bar staff were excellent happy to make any
Cocktail of your choice, when our flights were cancelled due to bad weather (something that happens regularly at krakow airport because of its location) we rang hotel to book back in and
they could not have been more helpful with reallocating rooms and helping with re- booking flights
Etc. we stayed another 2 nights and got a train to Warsaw and flew home from modlin airport
The staff made what could have been a nightmare into a really enjoyable experience if your visiting
Krakow this is the only place to stay

We stayed here for 3nights. Beautiful hotel, so clean. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely . Great location, beside the Jewish quarter and only a short walk to market square. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again if we were visiting krakow . Great value for money and I hope that the prices for this hotel don't start to increase based on all the positive comments . Thanks for lovely stay :)

My birthday weekend was spent in Krakow. This hotel was excellent. On learning it was my birthday at check in I was sent a bowl of fruit, complementary. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Didn't eat in the hotel but did have cocktails, the best ones that we experienced in krakow. The hotel was quite well positioned for the old city, not quite in the middle of everything but not too far to walk. A good experience for a Boutique style hotel.
