Me and my Polish partner stayed here for 7 nights. We really liked this hotel which is away from the hustle and bustle of the main city in a residential area. It is situated close to numbers 18,19 & 22 tram stops which will take you into the centre of old city in around 10 minutes. Nice clean, spacious rooms, very good buffet breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms serviced every day. This hotel also has a sauna that you can use for a small fee. There is also a large Tesco within walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Krakow and as it was my first time to Poland I was very impressed with this hotel and would definately stay there again.

Hotel Panorama certainly won't be for everyone, e.g., large groups or those who want to be close to the action; but I was glad that I chose to stay there. The hotel occupies the first two floors of a modern high-rise in a suburban location amidst many other high-rise apartment buildings, unlandscaped green spaces, and wide boulevards. Not immediately appealing (although it does give one a better idea of how most Poles actually live), but very practical: free parking is available in front of the door, the receptionist speaks English, and the #19 tram stops nearby, runs frequently, and for about 70 cents will bring you to the Old Town in 10-12 minutes. The compact rooms are clean, quiet, and functional, breakfast is fine, and the rates are half those of the least-expensive central Krakow hotels; and without the noise and parking problems. So for drivers, in particular (although there is also a direct link to the train station via the #18 tram), this place might be just the thing.

Service could not have been better. Food was absolutely outstanding. Every single employee we met was very kind and courteous. The views from the hotel and restaurant of the church across the way were picturesque. The banks of green grass and the fields for playing soccer were so rich and green. Lovely place for relaxing and taking a stroll.
