Jolanta and European Legacy Tours made my first, but certainly not my last, trip to Krakow a wonderful experience. The hotel she booked for us, Pod Rosa, was wonderful with a helpful staff, beautiful rooms and amenities. Her recommendations of museums were perfect. She took us to Zakopane for the day, a beautiful drive from Krakow. Her knowledge of Krakow and Poland is amazing. Jolanta was a dear and I so enjoyed talking with her. E. L. Tours is the best I've ever experienced.

Took a tour to Eastern Europe. Our tour guide Jolanta was friendly, sweet, accomodating and helpful. From the beginning she gathered our group together and caused us to bond. Our first day out she had a packet with the entire 2 1/2 week itinerary and a map highlighted with the route we would be taking. When we were on the bus traveling from place to place she would give us facts, history and the background of the place we were on our way to visit. She would make it fun by teaching us a few words of the language of the country or by giving us cookies, candy, or liquor that was commonly eaten by the local people. She even bought filled donuts for us and offered a prize to the person who could tell her what the flavor of the donut was.
Whenever someone needed something she was right there telling them where they could find it and even escorting them to get it. When we arrived in Prague after a full day touring on the bus, she offered a night walking tour to show us the beauty of the country at night.
Jolanta went above and beyond and added nice little extras that weren't offered as part of the tour...she just did them on her own. By the end of the tour we fell in love with her. She was like part of the family and it was hard to say goodbye. I would highly recommend Jolanta as a tour guide. She is amazing, sharp, knowledgeable and fun! She is efficient, takes her job seriously, and has a huge heart. She will make your trip memorable and one of a lifetime!

We did a tour to see Auschwitz through European Legacy Tours, and they provided a great experience. Jolanda picked us up and dropped us off, and she was very kind and helpful. After Auschwitz, she even brought us to a great place for lunch. We mentioned we wanted to see Oskar Schindler's factory after, and she offered to drop us off there. We were running a bit late (you must enter Schindler's factory 90 minutes before closing), so she even called the factory to make sure we would still be allowed in!

Overall, a great experience and a great company. Highly recommended.
