This hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building and despite the interior is modern an excellent job was done to preserve some atmosphere. We had a room with two separate beds. It was clean with new furniture, very well maintained. The size of the room was not exactly huge but very reasonable, the bathroom rather small. The location is very central, well within walking distance of the train station as well as the historic centre. In fact we did everything on foot. Breakfast was served buffet style and was good in terms of choice and quality. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi is free but only available in the restaurant, or in front of the door. All this came at a very reasonable price. I would certainly stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting old town and sightseeing, a very east three minute walk. The hotel itself is average in every aspect. The worst thing are the beds, very uncomfortable. Room was clean, average in size, bathroom was average also. The hotel does have an elevator so that is a big plus. Breakfast is typical european cold cuts and cheese with a choice of scrambled or hard boiled eggs. They have a good choice of breads and sweet pastries. Front desk wasn't overly friendly or helpful. English is spoken throught most of Poland so that wasn't a problem either.

The only thing good about this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located close to the railway station, bus station and old town. The room we stayed in was decent size but otherwise very basic with no air conditioning, narrow bed ( too small for a double), only one bedside table, bedsheet with holes in it. It was very noisy even late at night as we had to leave the window open due to heat. The carpet in the corridor was stained everywhere we looked and overall the communal areas had a unwelcome feel. The breakfast had very limited choice and was pretty basic.
I will definitely not go back.

The Hotel is in a great location. Near the Mall/Train Station, and the heart of Krakow--the old town. All the rest was a great disappointment. Air-Conditioning barely worked. We stayed in a Suite-Apartment, and so expected somehwat of a better standard. A couch type chair was broken--never repaired or replaced. The answer was we will have somone look at it--four days later -- nothing was done. Carpets were clean, but had stains on them. Breakfast included an organge dring instead of orange juice. GET ME OUT OF HERE! After paying $ 170+ per night, you expect better.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for one night, it's about 5 minutes walk from the main square, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is ok and I would rate the rooms as 5* in London (the decor is a little dated but their clean and spacious). I would highly recommend this hotel.

There isn't a hotel car park but there are spaces on the streets surrounding to park. The hairdryers they provide are terrible, no power and it will take a long time to dry your hair if it's long.

Room Tip: ask for a balcony
