We spent three nights in this hotel on a short break to Krakow. It is a modern building very close to the city's main shopping mall and railway station which makes it very convenient for travellers arriving by train from the airport. Equally as important, the hotel is situated within easy walking distance of Rynek Główny (the main square of Krakow) and the city's other major attractions.

The hotel is very well run; rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the reception staff were unfailingly helpful, good-natured and arranged outings for us very efficiently. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is of an excellent standard with a wide choice of dishes and well organised for what is a busy hotel. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening we were there as we had had a long day and food and service were both good - however, the price of the meal was, not surprisingly, significantly higher than that of evening meals in the main town. However, that should not deter anyone from staying in the hotel.

Room Tip: The rooms all appear to be well sound-proofed.

This was our 2nd visit to Andel's Hotel. It has a perfect location (about a minute from the train station). Room quality is great - clean, comfortable.

Breakfast was good quality and staff were, in the main, helpful and friendly.

Andel's is a modern hotel so if you want traditional Polish decor, then this isn't the place for you.

So the hotel looks nothing less than a five star equivalent despite the price being really really reasonable and the best part of it, it is near the best Polish restaurant in Krakow :)

Ten minutes walk to the old town, a shopping mall right next to the hotel that has Carrefour and really helpful staff.

Please look no further and book this hotel right now!

Stayed 3 nights over New Year and it was fabulous.Great location coming out of the rail station and lovely breakfast views overlooking the ice rink.Shopping centre right next door but must admit that there was so much to see we only went in once. Bedroom was great as was the breakfast. Went in Oscars bar one evening which was quiet but fashionable. A great hotel in an ideal location.

The location for this hotel really couldn't be better, right by the station and only a few mins walk to the main square. Its also right by the main shopping centre Galeria Krakowska.

The restaurant in the hotel is very nice, some good modern Polish cuisine and sometimes they do deals too (we got a valentines deal including a meal a while back). The bar too is nice, quiet, not crowded and although a bit more expensive than most places in Krakow for beer and wine, the cocktails are pretty much priced the same and are decent.

The room we stayed in was very nice, modern and nicely finished, we even had a separate shower and bath which the staff had filled with rose petals!

Overall I'd definitely recommend it as a great place to stay for anyone visiting Krakow.

Room Tip: Look out for special offers that come up occasionally!
