I stayed here with friends on a three day break in Krakow, and you cannot fault the hotel. It is excellently situated, just a ten minute walk from the city centre with a tram stop outside. The hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful, giving directions for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was large and the bed very comfortable with complimentary water replenished daily, I had a room at the front of the hotel and although the trams run from early in the morning until late at night I was not bothered by the noise. The breakfast selection is good fruit, breads, cheese and cold meats with scrambled eggs and bacon, fried eggs on request.
Schindler's factory is nearby and well worth a visit, the hotel is also just around the corner from the Jewish Quarter. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow and would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.More
