The hotel is very good. It is new and modern, and its architecture is pleasant. Infrastructure is up-to-date, and the comfort is in line with the best standards of the Garden Inn chain. About the room where I stayed: it was large; the bathroom had both the tub and the shower; in the room there were pressing facilities and coffee-making facilities; the room was always cleaned early in the morning, and cleanliness was irreproachable; drinking water and coffee were supplied free of charge; there was a fridge for storing personal foods; air conditioning was efficient. Servicing is excellent (a glitch in the safe-box which occurred on a Saturday night was immediately fixed by a technician). There is an efficient business centre, free of charge. The staff speaks English and is helpful (when I asked for information on public transportation, they printed the complete time schedule and routes of all the buses serving the hotel). The breakfast is an unusual combination of self-service and “a la carte” service: the traditional “buffet” often appears in short supply, but orders can be placed with the waiter and they are quickly dealt with; the quality of the food was between average and good. The hotel is very quiet and the rates are very convenient.
The location. The hotel is about 2 kilometres south-east of the town centre, just in front of the Rzeszów University and within the extra-large shopping centre “Millenium”. The area is very quiet and there are a lot of open spaces. All urban facilities which may be needed by a traveller are available nearby, including pharmacy, supermarket, and money exchange. It is possible to go downtown by foot, but it is not a short or a pleasant walk; it’s definitely better to use public transportation. Many bus lines stop near the hotel, the most useful ones being those marked OA and OB: these lines follow a circular route and pass through the centre of the town, also serving the railway station (OB runs clockwise, OA runs counter-clockwise); the frequency is about 20 minutes in each direction. The airport is practically served only by taxi (60 Złoty at the time of writing, i.e. about 15 €); in principle there are scheduled buses going to the airport (# 51 and #53), but they ride only very few times per day and not on the weekend.
