We where very happy with the room, it was clean, big and with a nice forest view. Only problem is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can get disturbed by people walking by outside in the corridor. The location was great, walking distance to the city center and easy to get to with a car( the hotel did not have its on parking, but there is a parking just outside and you can arrange to pay the fee in the hotel reception, parking guard 24/7)
We where not very impressed with the pool,it was small and cold, but we where still happy it was there the days we came back from our walking tours.
Overall the hotel is very nice and I would recommend it IF you speak polish or German. We had som problems with finding any one in the hotel speaking English, as most of the tourists are Germans it make sense that the staff speak German but some knowledge of the English language would be helpful. Except for the lacking of the English language the staff was very smiling and sympathic.

We stayed there for four days having wonderful hiking adventures. The hotel isn't brand new, however they restored it very nice. My son (5.) loved swimming pool and play room for kids. Hotel staff really friendly and supportive. SPA area didn't impress us- small sauna, almost cold jacuzzi. Nevertheless we had great and not expensive massages (Tequilla Massage ;] ). Someone from trip advisor mentioned that it's laud in the rooms. Indeed, we also heard people walking on the corridor, but it got quiet totally after 22:00. VERY rich and tasty breakfasts: pancakes for kids, home made scrumble eggs, delicious coffee. To sum up- great quality for the three stars we paid.

Although it was a very short break - stayed for 1 night only - I'm happy with choice. It's a very good value for money (got a very good price with Accor Sales). the hotel is clean, has all the amenities you would need and we had a nice forest view from the room. The stuff was helpful with the infos on how to get to different places etc.
The location is good and quite easy to find if you arrive by car. You can easily walk to the center to eat something (try Oak Barrel). After all day hiking I really appreciated the sauna & swimming pool inside the hotel (access included in the price) although not a top-notch standard. Don't forget to bring the towels from your room. Also note if you leave your car in the secured parking area you will need to pay an extra fee.
Overall I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone especially for the price paid.

We stayed for just over a week after Easter and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed- tea/coffee, mini bar, hairdryer etc The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, even plying us with free drinks on our wedding anniversary- a nice touch! The breakfasts were sumptuous with a very wide buffet choice and omelettes etc made to order. We ate in the the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and the food was good, even if we felt the choice could be a little wider/more interesting. There is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi/sauna which were very clean. We also took advantage of the massage in the 'wellness' centre which was very relaxing. There is also tabletennis and a pool table to keep kids happy. The hotel is not far from the main shopping street and local amenities. We enjoyed several walks in the mountains as well as catching the end of the ski season. The slopes right next to the hotel were not open for most of the week but we enjoyed a half hour walk to the main ski slopes which were gentle and well organised- just what we needed as we are not very experienced skiiers. All in all, we will go back and recommend it strongly.

If you plan to stay near Jelenia Gora - it is good idea choose Karpacz local mountinside capital and hotel Mercure Skalny. Prices for booking are very good and the swimming pool is also an extra value. Restaurant located in hotel is also above average.
Maybe hotel does not look like mointain chalet, but you can see numers of them outside.
It may be worth to pay extra and buy breakfast witch is massive and very good.
