We are family of 7 travelling around Poland and came late at night to Wroclaw very excited as we had just spent 2 days in Poznan were everything var very nice.
That excitement was turned down very quickly. First we had trouble finding parking space since the hotel is on the main square but finally we got to As Apartment offices, we found out that this apartment was not in the same building so we had to put all our luggage in the car again and find the new place with a map we got. I can understand that misunderstanding.
But once we got to the right apartment which was in an unattractive blockbuilding, we had a shock. It was the most filthiest and dirtiest places I have ever seen, it was just like the places you see in movies were junkies hang out. It was very dirty, sticky and the place smelled like everything was molding with smoking on top. They had 2 disgusting outworn sofabeds in the livingroom where my children was supposed to sleep. The table in the livingroom was broken and the walls and the wallpaper on it was coming off since the walls were leaking. Im not a snob but I couldnt think about touching anything there or sit on it, not talking about sleeping there. The toilets didnt flush, and the leather on the barchairs was all ripped off. The windows, which had no curtains, had used cigarettes out front. To top all, they had only sleeping place for 6, so 4 of the people had to sleep in the sofas in the livingroom.
The girl who was working in the office was very understanding and sweet and listened to all the things we had to say and I think she agreed with us. She tried all her best and offered us two smaller apartments instead, which was a lot nicer compered to the other one but still very dirty and had a bad smoking odor. It was on the 5. floor with no elevator. Then it was very loudy outside, from the main square. The sheets were clean but they didnt fit the beds so your head and foot had to touch the room itself. All the furnitures were very old and outworn, and the kitchen supplies was all dirty. I was so thankful it was just one night.
Plus: No hot water, and no internet (which was supposed to be) which is unacceptable.
To zoom up; very filthy and dirty apartments, NOTHING like the professional photos on the internet. I added some photos I took.
