It seems that PURO has been built exactly for you ;)
We are really happy if we could make your stay faboulous.
Please feel invited to visiting us in Krakow and Poznan as well :)
Hope to meet you in PURO Wroclaw soon.
The Puro hotel has become my hotel of choice on all my trips to Wroclaw. Friendly staff and good breakfast, together with a great location all add to the experience.
Rooms are very comfortable with all the goodies needed.
Dear Eugene De V,
thanks a lot for the current co-operation. We are really happy being able to provide satisfying service on the high level.
This kind of review helps us much to improve all the services day by day.
It's highly motivating and positive for us.
Naturally, it pushes us on to face up with new challenges and covering all the guests needs.
That's our goal ;) That's our soul :)
Hope to see you soon :)
Such a modern and chic hotel for a fantastic price! We stayed there two nights. Great lounge area! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Fantastic room, clean and modern. Cheap underground parking. 5 mins walking distance to the old town!
Dear Edyta R,
thanks a lot for your stay and fantastic review shared with TA users.
We are really happy hearing you had a great time during your trip to Wroclaw.
It's also very motivating for us that you loved concept PURO :)
You have to definitely try us in Poznań and Krakow.
Please feel invited ;)
We also await to your next stay in Wroclaw ;)
Booked the hotel for 6 nights during our stay in Wroclaw. Made the booking for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) and was quite surprised to find a single bed in a very tiny room. The bed would not fit 3 people (we're not talking comfortably here. We're talking it would not fit 3 people at all). The room was so tiny that a small cot would not even fit. The bathroom is surrounded with glass walls providing very little privacy, with the toilet overlooking the bed. To add to this, the A/C was not working, the TV was not working and the automated lights were not working, but more importantly we could not fit in the room. This was all brought up to the staff, and I was informed that all rooms were that same size in the hotel. We booked another hotel and decided to move in the morning. I requested another room from the hotel as we would not be able to sleep otherwise. I was provided this room for the one night free of charge which was a great gesture. I checked out in the morning and requested a refund for the 5 remaining nights. Was told there was no cancellation policy (I did not want to cancel. I wanted a refund for the unused nights in a hotel which could not fit the 3 of us in the room and had glaring issues with the room as well) The refund was never received. All in all, the worst hotel experience in Poland.
Dear Krystian F,
thank you very much for your reservation and opinion shared with the others.
We are really sorry for the problems you've met during the stay.
Did our best to help you with all the issues and even offered free night,
but unfortunately you've booked nonrefundable option so we couldn't refund it as you wished.
We have only double rooms with KING BEDs or TWIN avail. so you were offered exactly this room.
I'm aware that it's not the room for 3 people but kids are staying for free. We also do not hide pictures of the room and bathrooms. They are avail. on our webpage, portals and here.
While traveling thru Poland we decided to see Wroclaw. Booked for one night.
The hotel is well situated, there are lots of restaurants and clubs around. The location is actually some 200 meters away from strict city center.
The hotel has not typical design both outside and inside. Modern "room management" system, you can control lights, temperature, etc from the touch device located on the wall.
And the city is really beautiful, lots of events, pubs, cafe, street life.
The hotel is also interestingly organized - there is no reception, but checkin computers located in the lobby, you can probably self check-in, but in my case the staff was helpful to do it.
The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.
For the price (<100 EUR) the hotel is very good.
I would recommend it specially if you are couples and want to spend
- not enough place in hotels parking, we had to park in other underground parking.
- not recommended for family with children as there are no additional beds in the rooms
- was not able to find how to switch off the screen of "wall computer" so it was shining thru the night. On the reception they explained later than to switch it off you have to remove keycard from the slot (which is located on the other side of the room), I wouldn't call this intuitive :)
thanks a lot for your stay and positive recommendation left on the portal.
We are happy you've had a great stay.
Hope you will be able to visit us again.
Maybe Krakow or Poznan during next visit in Poland.
One advice: To switch on/off touch panel on the wall, please use switch on/off button, placed near the bed, both sides. It's much better and easier than removing card from the slot :)
We stayed there for 2 nights during June. Staff were friendly and helped book taxi's when we needed them.
The rooms were nice and clean but the air con didn't work (you can open the windows though). Also, the toilette is visable from the bed (can be shut off with curtain but still isn't very private even though there is glass dividers).
You can get lots of free drinks with your card downstairs which is nice and the breakfast was ok (it was nice I would have liked more fruit though).
The room is fully operated by a type of tablet on the wall. Its quite cool but one morning did turn on, on it's own, turning all the lights on and in turn, waking us up.
Other than that it's a great hotel. There are iPads in the reception area and a nice area to eat both inside and out. Staff spoke English and were very helpful.
Dear Cheryl D,
thank you very much for the reservation at our property and great review left on TA.
At the same time we are sorry for the problems you've met during the stay.
We work on the improvements to eliminate them completely.
Hope to see you again ;)
