We took a private room for 3 people (bunk beds, private bathroom).
Room was new, large and clean. Bathroom was spotless.
However the WiFi coverage in our room was not perfect (in the corridor it was working perfectly).
The location is very good, not too far from the center.
Also there is private parking and laundry facilities which is great!

Despite the fact that it was the cheapest hostel in the city, when booking, it was great and I couldn't think of better option! It's perfectly clean and everything is prepared for the guests. Receptionists are helpful, but I would recommend to smile more. ;)

Don't judge this hostel by its neighborhood - inside it's almost like art gallery! This makes it unique among other places to stay. The rooms are clean, with bathroom inside and lockers for your stuff. Breakfast is very tasty and cheap.
The only bad thing is poor wifi signal on second floor.

We were a group of 5 friends who decided to travel to Wroclaw over the Easter 2013. We booked a mix dorm with 5 beds and a shared bathroom. The room, bedding and bathroom was really clean and there were lockers for each of our separate bags. Each room also contains an interesting artwork by artist anna gawlikowska, and you can also buy postcards with the artwork from the hostel. The hostel receptionist was very friendly and helped us with directions and tips on places to visit and restaurants.
The neighbourhood is not the prettiest, but all your apprehensions vanish once you entre the hostel. The location is around a 10 minute walk from both, the city centre as well as the train station, and there's a convenience store round the corner if you want to stock up on water and fruits. Water is also available at the hostel vending machine. There's wi-fi facility as well as computers available if you want to check the internet while you're there. Dont forget to stop by at their restaurant for a filling breakfast.

I ve been to Hostel Wratislava with some friends to celebrate NYE. We were staying in a 6 bed dorm room and had enough space + spacious locker for everyone inside the room. The clean bathroom is only for one dorm, so you dont have to worry. the only thing was that we stayed several days and never saw someone cleaning it (altough we saw c-staff at other rooms). You can use the tram but it doesnt bring you that close to the main square if you want to go there. So mostly walking to the center is fine. The Hostel staff was nice and helpful. It is a quiet hostel.

What a hostel!! Very big kitchen and breakfast area!! Nice breakfast (they even asked us if we want scrambled eggs and sausages)! The rooms, bathroom and WC were clean and the beds very comfortable! In the lounge area there were some board games, tv, couches and computers!! The neighborhood was quite weird, the location is 10 min. walk from the city center and less than 10 min.from the train station but the hostel was great! totally worth the price!!

Your heart may sink just a little as you turn right down at Podwale for the Hostel Wratislavia does seem a long way down Komuny Paryskiej in a street that appears a little run-down. However, fears are allayed once you reach a fine pale yellow building that’s been recently renovated . Once you get your bearings, it’s less than 15 minutes walk from the Rynek and even handier for the airport bus on the way out as it proved on the way in.

We had neither bedside table or wardrobe but a balcony plus a super roomy locker for personal effects. A private bathroom had a high quality fixtures and fittings- including a soap dispenser- that looked split new . Bring your own tooth-mug, shower cap and tissues.

There’s a lift and public areas are very pleasing to behold. The basement breakfast area made every hostel kitchen in Eastern Europe I’ve ever visited-with the exception of Miss Sophie’s in Prague-look like a tip. As for the most important meal of the day, this is very basic but it’s fresh and there are cooked options .

The atmosphere in the Wratislavia is a tad um, less zany than the website’s promotional video might suggest . It’s quiet to the point of being subdued and businesslike with competent staff. If you are in Wroclaw with a large group of fellow revellers, I’m guessing it won’t be your bag. However, if you’re a little agnostic as regards hostels, this may well be the one that changes your mind in a positive direction
