Have just returned from a long weekend in Wroclaw at the Mercure hotel, the hotel is spotless, everywhere, friendly staff, very modern, room was lovely great walk in shower with all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. It was a 5 minute stroll to the central square full of great restaurants & bars. Outstanding buildings with plenty to see and loads of little wooden huts selling very cheap local souvenirs. We went on a guided tour on what I would describe as a golf buggie great, the guide spoke perfect English in fact most of the places we went to they had menus in English, the food & drink where really cheap. We attended a wedding while we where there, what an experience, it was wonderful, of course the bride was stunning the venue for the reception was in the square excellent too much food & drink ha ha, will definitely be returning again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with walk in shower as some of our party had baths and struggled to get in or out so...

Great location, very close to the old city (approximately 300 meter). The breakfast and food in general is very good as well, and the hotel has nice rooms. The wi-fi is for free, and a bit slow - but it is possible to get extra speed when talking to the people in the reception. I'd definitely go there again:-)

stayed here two nights and it was truly a pleasant stay. Location couldn't be more perfect--it's right beside a Galeria mall and about 5 minutes walk to the city centre, with all its shops restaurants and bars. Front desk was helpful when I asked for directions to nearby places and you can ask for a map from them. Free wifi included and it had good connection all throughout my stay. Room was of a good size, as well as the bathroom. They provided some amenities--coffee tea and some toiletries. Breakfast was pretty good--you can also order from the waitress eggs benedict (and some other stuff) if you like.

I would probably stay here again next time i'm in Wroclaw. Location-wise, it's perfect.

We stayed there for one night and enjoyed the beauty of Wroclaw and the hotel. Our room was situated on the 6th floor in the proximity to the car park which was very convenient when you traveled with a disabled person. The facilities in the room were of high standard for a disabled person. We enjoyed our tour in Wroclaw old town and the botanic garden.

Had a nice quiet room which was spotlessly clean. This is a typical Mercure with all the standard facilities which make this a safe bet. Only stayed one night and didn't eat at the hotel. The staff spoke good English, were very helpful and courteous. The train station is 15-20 walk or you catch a tram right outside the hotel

Perfect hotel for visiting Wroeclaw just 5 mins walk from centre where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is spotless clean, spacious and modern couldnt fault it at all free bottled water too. Wroeclaw is beautiful and well worth a visit we sat outside in the sun with a beer for hours in the lovely huge market square watchin and listening to the musicians. Will be back next year.
