“Lovely hotel, little bit of luxury but wroclaw isn't great!”
Reviewed 2 August 2014 via mobile

This hotel was gorgeous. A little bit of luxury for us on our trip around Poland. Staff friendly and we checked in bfine.
Location is good. Right next to the huge shopping mall but a bit of a walk to get to the old town.

Room was huge, nice sofa in room and table with chairs. We had a huge window right at front of hotel with a nice view. Comfy beds, Wi-Fi I room, hairdryer and full length mirror. Bathroom great with lovely shower.

Stayed August 2014, travelled with friends

a great place for access to the centre of Wroclaw. Trams and taxis (not expensive) just outside the hotel. Parking very easy - (but at a price) Everything you would expect from Mercure. Good price and value!

Just stayed for 2 nights in the Wroclaw Mercure, and must say it was great value, and is definitely somewhere we would seriously consider for next time. We got a great deal on the hotel website, staying at the apartment for the same price as a standard room. The apartment (600) really was great - large living space, separate large double bedroom, bathroom, additional separate wc and a wonderful balcony/terrace looking onto Plac Dominikanski. Great sleep quality and overall cleanliness, service. Breakfast was very good, and the parking in the neighbouring shopping gallery was very convenient. Just a 5 minute walk to the main town square, so location great. Yes, a typical chain hotel, and definitely not boutique / quaint, but certainly a very rationale / pragmatic choice.

Room Tip: 600 a great apartment with terrace

We had a huge travel from Praha to Moscow and used this hotel as an intermediate point of our trip - and we were not disappointed at all! The car parking was very convenient, the service was good, and we really enjoyed our sleep and breakfast. The only thing is that, in my opinion, the reustarant was quite expensive, but this is quite common thing.

Best is Localization, just 5-10 minutes walk from main city square, where all the pubs are.
Everything close, connected to big shopping centre.
Hotel is realy nice, i got the room which was just renovated, but not all of them are.
Air con in the rooms could be better.
Bar isnt that nice, as small and sitting area not cosy. No place to sit outsied just inside.
But i do recommend this hotel as it has great localization for Wrocław and price is verry good for the standard they offer

Our room was a bit small but the beds were comfortable. It's supposed to have air conditioning but I think during summer it would not cool enough. The room has a safe, fridge, WiFi, coffee maker and a nice functional bathroom. The towels at this hotel are a little thin too. There is one pillow on each bed but an extra one in the closet. Hotel has an elevator. Hotel is attached to the shopping mall and parking is in the mall's parking lot. 30 zloty per night.
No restaurants within walking distance of hotel except the fast food places in the mall.
There's a kantor in the mall but he's hard to find.
Breakfast buffet was large and good.
I asked the desk clerk for a plug for the
Approached by the same beggar woman (with a baby) once in the mall and once while we were walking around sightseeing. We do not give money to beggars.
Hotel is close enough to many sites which is good because parking is a problem in this city.
We paid 189 zloty for the first night but 398 zloty for the second night. I made my reservation on line but somehow didn't make it for two nights. I realized this during our trip so I emailed the hotel for the second night's stay. Hotel would not honor the 189 zloty for the second night because I didn't make THAT reservation through their web site directly; I emailed them. Hotel is not worth 398 zloty per night.

Very modern good hotel in excellent position for exploring Wroclaw. Very friendly staff. Efficient check in. All spoke better English than my Polish!
Wonderful breakfast, everything you could want. Happy friendly staff.
Rooms modern and clean with excellent facilities as you would expect from Mercure. Could have bigger Bath towels!!

Room Tip: All air conditioned sealed double glazed windows. No opening . Very quiet on busy road.
