I had high hopes for this hotel because the outside looks so lovely, but it was a letdown in all respects.
We booked the more spacious apartment. The living room itself wasn't very clean, and was so incredibly dim that we couldn't do much of anything inside. The culprit here was a light with burned out bulbs, and an outside window with closed shutters (from the outside) and a broken roller blind (on the inside). The air conditioning was only in the living room, and wasn't of much use in the stuffy and hot bedroom. The sheets weren't big enough to even be tucked under the mattress, they were just laid on top of it. Pillowcases had holes in them. Everything smelled of smoke despite several "no smoking" placards.
The bathroom had a jetted tub. It's a shame that it wasn't really clean, so we didn't use it. The "shower" was nonexistent - it's just a tub with a handshower attachment, so you either have to take a navy shower, or get the floor wet.
The food at the restaurant was actually good, but our waiter wasn't very polite. He seemed bothered that we were there at all. Upon checkout there was a nicer young woman in the restaurant, who asked us if we'd like breakfast. We declined, as we just wanted to get out of there. Perhaps if she had been the one to serve us the previous night we'd have had a different impression.
Bottom line: skip it. There are better options in Wroclaw.
