We stayed at Brovaria on a recommendation .
We were so pleased with it .
We stayed in the apartment on the top floor . No lift so the stairs did leave me a bit breathless. But the apartment was well worth it. So spacious and clean, with a window overlooking the old square.
What a lovely comfy bed.
Breakfast had a good selection to choose from.
We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay here again

This was my favorite hotel during a trip through five Northern European cities in the Fall of 2012. The room was lovely, overlooking the historic town center. There is a very good restaurant and a brewery located in the hotel. The price was great and the city was very interesting for the 3 days we were there. There is a beautiful classic opera house where we were lucky enough to get into a dress rehearsal for La Boehme. The city transportation system works easily and is convenient to the hotel I would stay there every time I had a chance to be in Poznan.

Room Tip: Over the historic center

We stayed during the week and had a great nights sleep in the heart of old town Poznan. Our room was quiet and comfortable. This hotel has a tasty breakfast with plenty of gluten free, dairy free options. Love walking out the hotel door into old town square.

This is a very, very nice place. The rooms are nice and the bed is very good. You get bottles of water every day. The breakfast is fresh and nice prepared. BUT the best of it all is the BROVARIA BEER. It is very good. The food is excellent as well. We will go back- NOW

Having stayed in all the big Poznan hotels this was a pleasant change. Cosy, well equipped clean room overlooking the old square. If you are travelling for leisure the Brovaria is ideal but be prepared, they do get busy in the bar. The honey beer is great and does not give you heartburn like the big breweries (Zy..,Le..,Ty...you know who you are). The food is good and reasonable value, but don't expect fine dining. If you are on business with lots of luggage and like bell hops at your beck and call I would suggest a traditional concrete chain hotel. If you just want to chill and enjoy the atmosphere stay here. I would have scored excellent if the room had a kettle and more English language TV (Sky News only). Never mind, I improved my Polish and impressed the lovely lady on reception. Swietnie urlop!
