Location was great. Very central. Only 5 minute walk to the Old Square. You can hear the noise from the planes that pass over, but we slept through it ok. Breakfast usual European fare. Bed very comfortable + cosy. We waited for family to pick us up. We had checked out + were sitting downstairs with luggage. Got a call to say they would be late, receptionist quickly gave us a cup of tea + coffee and some cakes. If in Poznan, we would stay here again.

The Hotel is located close to the Old Market Square. It's really good and comfortable. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, it's quite expensive. There are cheaper hotels offering even better conditions or directly on the Market Square. Another drawback is small amount of parking places (only a few for all guests). The breakfast was really tasty and varied.

I really enjoyed stay in the Stare Miasto Hotel (Old City Hotel). Hotel is located at the Rybaki District (part of the City Center) in a walking distance to the Stary Browar Mall and Poznan's Old City. Hotel itself is a cosy place with great and attentive staff (all of the are girls). Room are comfortable - of course it is not a Westin or Sheraton, but in my opinion it is good three start standard (excluding tv - good flatscreen hardware, but tv signal is week). Breakfest is tasty. I recommend that hotel. Tip: hotel has four free parking places (often doubled by second row of cars). Arrive early or reserve parking place.

This is a pleasant new hotel with a very good downtown location. The rooms are cosy and clean though small. Breakfast is very nice - the choice of food is slightly wider than standard and the restaurant is a pretty interior. The staff have a very professional attitude. The only problem that might occur, if you're coming by car, is parking your vehicle in the neighbourhood. The hotel has its own car park but there's room for no more than 4 cars. So before coming to Poznan, ask the hotel staff to book one parking space for you. Otherwise you will have to park in the street which may be extremely difficult as the downtown is very crowded.

Nice hotel, short walk from Stary Rynek. Clean rooms, LCD on the wall (didn't watch much TV though), free internet, good breakfast, bathroom with bath tub.
If I could crank up the radiator a bit more, would be better. And I could hear some
noise from the lift in the mornings. Othe than that, I really nice place.
Perfect to go around the town after you're done with business matters.

I stayed at this hotel, because it is located both close to the old town and one of the biggest shopping mall in Poznan. The hotels isn't very big, therefore you may find lots of privacy. The restaurant is open only for breakfasts, which are tasty and fresh. The hotel has a choice of tees and restaurant staff offers different kinds of coffees. Rooms are rather small, but very warm and comfortable. Free internet is available in all hotel.

My husband, myself and a colleague stayed at this hotel in November 2009 while attending a conference. It was a great choce for a number of reasons. First, it was small and friendly. The rooms were not particularly big, but they were comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel was elegantly furnished and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Location wise, it was easy to walk to the town centre, and there was a good choice of restaurants nearby. There is a small car park adjacent to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Poznan.
