I was responsible for a larger group and had a last minute cancellation, your booking office was very understanding and waved the room free and cancelled free of charge. This is exceptional service and highly appreciated, you would not get this anywhere else, thanks you very much.

Also wonderful staff and very polite and helpful.

Travelled with my husband for a 3 night stay in Poznan . Bearing in mind we have stayed in various 'cream of the crop' hotels in Poland and Eastern Europe , this was a delight and was indeed cream of the crop .

The staff were attentive , the rooms and bed and pillows were lush. The glass wall / door to the bathroom was very odd and even though you can draw blinds across the glass wall , the blinds didn't meet properly and it would be easy to peer in ( I'm glad I was travelling with my hubby ) also the glass was embarrassingly easy to walk into and we ended up leaving the bathroom door permanently open so we didn't walk into it in the night ! However when the door was open you couldn't open the wardrobe . Also there seemed to be a lack of storage space ( but I'm now being picky ) . There are tea /coffee making facilities, an iron and board and a free non -alcoholic mini bar ( topped up daily .

It does seem to be a business hotel and is large and modern but suited our needs well . Breakfast was in a lovely , bright dining area with an outside balcony area. A large array of food was provided and omelettes and waffles freshly cooked by the chef .

The spa area was great with jacuzzis, steam room, sauna and decent sized pool. The only issue was the towels provided at the pool were threadbare and tatty !

The hotel is located a 5 to 10 min walk from the rynek but it's a lovely walk down a pedestrian street with lots of shops / eateries on the way down . The stary browar shopping centre is opposite which is a fantastic new complex . Various trams stop just up the road so public transport opens up the entire city. We caught public transport from the airport to the train station and continued to use the trams daily .. it all added to the fun of travelling around this wonderful city .

The Rynek square is a hive of activity and we found food and drink delicious and ate regularly on the square , watching the world go past with superb food and a beer / cocktail . We went up to the citadel park and visited the commonwealth cemeteries and the military museums .

Poznan is another beautiful city in Poland .. We have visited many and this is one we shall be returning to and we will stay in this hotel next time.

Really friendly staff, an amazing array at breakfast, large rooms, great facilities ......value for money wise you'd struggle to beat this. We had struggled to find a hotel in Poznan with vacancies and were recommended the Andersia, and it was a good call. Close to the town, so you can stroll into town for dinner, gym, pool, sauna. Couldn't ask for much more

Booked a JR Suite through Hotels.com for a decent price ( 115 Euro pr night) not included breakfast. When we got there we asked for a price for breakfast which was 70 zloty a day pr person. However we got offered to get it for half price and we took it. The breakfast was quite good and was Worth the price we paid. 70 Zloty would have been to much I think.

The room was spacious and nice but a bit worn. The bed was a bit hard , but ok enough. Free minibar, but only 4 small bottles With water, juice and a coke.

A Executive lounge With a coffee machine, some cake and mineralwater was included. Free wifi, not the highest speed, but it worked fine.

Good location Close to Stare Browary ( a big shopping mall) and Close to Stare Miasto and walking street.

Looked at the swimming pool ( didnt use it) and it looked nice and had a ok size for a hotel pool.

All in all a decent/good hotel for the money but it miss the last touch.

Great location and service from the staff. Decent sized rooms, nice decoration. However the hair dryer was cheap, the sheets worn out, no toothpaste/brush, no bathrobe, disappointing given the price...
