My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights during the Radom airshow. A short bus trip from the railway station takes you almost to the door. Large car park and well maintained grounds. Modern reception area.

Our room was fantastic though. A spacious dressing area/workspace with desk as you entered with shower room off to one side and an almost separate bedroom to the other. Shower room had an assortment of toiletries and the towels were nicely monogrammed with the hotel logo and rolled up neatly.

The bedroom was very chic with a large flat screen TV; a coffee table with smart cream leather chair; a king size bed with a canopy of curtain material overhead, giving the feel of a four poster bed. All adorned with matching bed runner and scatter cushions - very smart indeed.

The main pedestrian street is about 10mins walk away through back streets but we still felt quite safe. Be warned that it is difficult to get somewhere to eat after 9pm, so eat early unless you want fast food. There is a petrol station about 100m away from the hotel if you are stuck which sells sandwiches, beer etc.

The price was around EUR55 for a double room with breakfast for 2 - great value.

Only real gripe was that they do a lot of weddings and service at breakfast can be a bit patchy if the staff are all trying to clear up from the previous night, but that really is being picky!

The city is not on many tourists' itinerary but it does have quite a number of historic buildings - all in very good condition. Call in at the tourist office near the railway station - not much info in English but they are very enthusiastic. There is an English guide to the historic buildings with photos.
