I stayed in a private room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room was not quite ready when I arrived, as the laundry had not arrived with clean pillow cases yet, but staff made sure I got the pillow cases soon after. Staff was also good at proving directions on how to use the buses and trams to get around Warsaw. My only complaint is that one wall lamp was missing a bulb and another nightstand lamp's bulb was burned out. However, I did not mention it until my checkout, so the staff didn't have a chance to fix it during my stay.
There is a computer available for use for the internet and checking email.
Most of the others staying at Krokodyl were from Poland, with the younger ones traveling in groups. The noise from the dorm areas was not bad at night, though. My room was near one of the two shared bathrooms on the top floor, so there was some commotion, both in the evening and in the morning as the hostelers waited in line for their turns.
I bought a three day Warsaw transportation pass. This allowed me to easily move between the Praga area where Krokodyl is located and the Warsaw city center and historical district. It took approximately 20 minutes to get to the historic district by bus. Trams were the preferred route to get to city center, and buses regularly came by for the airport and other parts of town. There is also a grocery store, a farmer's market, and many ATMs between the bus/tram stops and Krokodyl. All of this made the location convenient.
