We stayed for three nights at Home from Home in Warsaw. We rate this as a 4, but it is more like a 3+. The good things: great location, extremely clean, nice landlord, discount at landlords bar/restaurant downstairs. The downside: the WiFi for the apartment is actually the bar's WiFi. The signal is extremely weak and only really works if you sit by the entrance or go to the bar. The parking is not dedicated parking for this apartment. It is public parking for which you have to pay on weekdays. You are not guaranteed a spot. Since we drove to Warsaw, this was an issue for us. The apartment is located directly over a bar. All bedroom windows open over the bar patio. There is no air-conditing and no fan, so if you want a breeze while you sleep you have to open the windows, which makes it extremely noisy. The bar is on the ground floor - the apartment is on the first floor so you are directly over it.
We really liked this place and found it clean, comfortable, and convenient. We were disappointed because one of our specific questions before renting was about the WiFi which turned out to not be dedicated WiFi or easily accessible WiFi for the apartment. The noise from the bar with the windows open would also make us seek a different vacation rental next time we stay.
This apartment would be greatly improved by having a dedicated computer connection - or a statement that there is no internet, and a fan in the bedroom. It should also be made clear that the parking is pay, public parking.
We recommend this place depending on the needs of the renters.

Thanks for your constructive review and criticisms, it is my first year of vacation rentals and I recognize that there may be some mistakes along the way. It was certainly a pleasure having you stay and you left the place almost as you found it, to address the main points -
1. Internet, I remember that this was important to you - we were in touch during your stay but the main problem was with the ISP ( netia ) on those particular days and connections were down in a few places because of the heavy rainfall we had experienced . The connection has otherwise been adequate for our other guests so I do regret the technical glitches and am aware that an internet connection is an important requirement for the modern traveller
2. I have now provided a fan
3. The parking outside the apartment is public and payable during the day before six ( free in the evenings and weekends ) and sometimes because of space restrictions it is necessary to park a little further away. Had you asked at the time specifically we could have directed you to a private car park 3 minutes away which is payable but always has spaces and is under supervision.
