Tbh, we weren't going to stay here as it's a little out the way in Ochota, but the other hotels in our short-list booked up just before we booked as this was a last-minute trip.
The reason we stayed here was because it was great value and accessible despite it's location. There's a tram stop at the end of the road, which is a good 5-10 minute walk, and then the tram into the centre which takes 5-10 minutes also. Handily, right outside the hotel is a ticket machine to buy transport tickets (with English translation) which work on buses, the tram and some railway services including the one to the airport, at very cheap prices, don't use taxis in Krakow at inflated prices when the tram and railway is this cheap.
The reception staff were friendly enough and spoke/understood English, it's a modern hotel and as you'd expect from an Ibis, clean and well presented, free wi-fi too.
The room is your standard chain-hotel fare, all was to a good standard, clean and worked well. TV with a couple of English channels, some storage space, good lighting and extra plug sockets.
As with other Ibis's i've stayed in, the bed was VERY firm and the bedding is very warm, but having learned my lesson in Krakow, I adapted my sleeping style and managed to get a good night's sleep. This bed was also not particularly well "grounded" (it's on wheels) as when sat-up watching TV, the bed would roll forwards, this appears to be an ibis thing. Not a major problem as was fine when laid down and sleeping.
The bathroom was on the small size, but it was clean with a great walk-in shower, top marks for that.
