Service in the Hotel was excellent even though we arrived at a very busy time, we were looked after quiet quickly. And the receiptionest handeled everything without fuss or bother. The rooms were very spacious and was very very clean. The Hotel was centerely located in the middle of Warsaw located right across from a 5 Story Shopping Mall a womans dream for shopping. The Food in the Hotel was excellent and would definitely reccomend this Hotel to anyone going to Warsaw. It is at the centre of everything in Warsaw and is quiet easy to get around from there nearly everything is within walking distance from the hotel and the bars and restaurents were very good and very reasonablei found Warsaw a lovely city and would hope to revisit someday overall we had a great W/End in Warsaw. And would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Warsaw.

Hotel Mercore is located near Zlote Tarasy shopping mall. The result is unfortunately a problem with parking in the area. Lobby big, clean, service very nice. Quick check-in, upgrade proposed by the service and welcome drink. Room large, comfortable beds. Equipment perfect. Unfortunately, the only drawback was the lack of WiFi coverage. The room also drinks and coffee maker. Breakfast plentiful, tasty, but not compelling. Very good business hotel.

Just a two night stay over the weekend. Checking was easy and a free upgrade for the person who made the booking. Room was very clean and modern. Two double beds, en suite, tv, coffee machine, fridge. Staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much for them. Location is superb being very central with good connections of bus, train and tram 200 meters away. The only criticism would be the price of a beer in the bar. 17PLN for 500ml (£3.50)where as the bar around the corner sold the same for 3.50PLN (£0.85) highly recommended just drink elsewhere.

Location is one of the best hotels in Warsaw. It is just next to a huge shopping mall, ideal location for business travelers.
Hotel has business rooms with Nespresso machines for a little extra above normal rates, room is a bit bigger, might be more comfortable to start the day with fresh coffee.
The only thing I would suggest is to develop the breakfast choice, which is not too wide. Although the choice is always fresh.

I stayed at the Mercure Hotel, Warsaw Centrum, for three nights during early February 2014 and on a Bed and Breakfast basis.

The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from Central Station, close to the Palace of Culture and opposite a huge shopping centre with over a hundred shops and popular eateries.

I was checked in by a friendly and informative receptionist and allocated a good sized room at the front of the hotel overlooking the entrance.

The room was stylish and modern and contained a large and very comfortable double bed, a writing desk, TV, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, complementary bottles of still and sparkling water (replenished daily) and a safe which was free to use.

The en-suite bathroom with over the bath shower was, like the room itself, very clean and contained a small selection of good quality toiletries.

Breakfast was taken in a first floor dining room and comprised a comprehensive selection of hot and cold dishes and despite being from a machine, particularly good coffee.

The lounge and Bistro like bar were very comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a day’s sightseeing (or work) and the food and drink on offer was both tasty and reasonably priced.

The only slight negative I am obliged to add is that during the day there was a lot of noise from the modernisation work being undertaken but all had quietened down by early evening.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Warsaw Central Station which has a direct train connection to Warsaw Chopin Airport and a connection to Warsaw Modlin Airport (requiring a short bus transfer on arrival at Modlin station). It is also a few minutes walk from the bus terminus behind the Palace of Culture where the new ModlinBus service will take you directly to Modlin Airport.

This is a very good hotel in a prime location and offers clean and comfortable accommodation at competitive prices and combined with friendly and helpful staff represents excellent value and I have no reservation in recommending it.
