Overall good service as you expect from Marriot, the reception & the elevator are a bit old but acceptable - good room however internet should be free especially that other hotels in the same area offer the service for free. I choose to stay their every time i visit mainly because of the rewards cards other then that i might consider other options.

Stayed: January 2014

I stayed here for 1 night accompanied by my grandmother who was not used to staying at a hotel of such nice standards. We were very impressed by the service as well as the cleanliness. This hotel is downtown Warsaw and walking distance to many places Warsaw has to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Easily reached by metro from Chopin Int'l Airport, or by a quick 15 minute taxi to/from the airport. Cost is about 30-40 zloty, depending on traffic. The hotel has larger rooms than expected for Europe. Staff were simply excellent in all areas. Food is delicious, bar service excellent, concierges are knowledgeable and efficient. This is a great place and we will return. I've reviewed it on the Marriott site as well.

Room Tip: Ask for an upper floor, they have improved views. West side for sunset, east for sunrise...

The was the perfect location and services. All staff spoke English and were very helpful. The room and beds were great. WE paid $60 extra a nite for the two of us to have a great buffet breakfast, club access in the afternoon for full entres food, beer and wine, and internet access. Right next door was the train station, bus stop to Old Town. Two blocks away was the Catholic Church, 10 blocks was the fantastic Warsaw Uprising museum. Excellent gym as well. Fair amount of restaurants within easy walk.

This hotel is everything that you expect from a Marriott. The hot breakfast is almost as good as those on a cruise ship. You even get a hot miso soup with udon for a hot breakfast.

This hotel is facing the Warsaw central station. You walk to the hotel via the underground walkway. The main door is on a side street (not facing the train station). Free WiFi is available in the lobby and breakfast room. You need to pay if you want to use it in room.

Warsaw Old Town is about 20 mins walk from the hotel, not too bad if the weather is not hot.

The shower area is very small (about 2.5' x 2.5').
