“Overnight Stay”

A Real City centre Hotel and a true 4 star Hotel.
The hotel was busy but the staff were friendly and efficient.
The room was on the 30th floor with great views over the city.
The room was spotless, well laid out with all facilities and an immaculate bathroom.
One down point was car parking, in a separate block, just a short walk from the hotel but made dropping of bags difficult as the short drive in front of the Hotel had taxis sitting there.
But after saying that l would stay again anytime

Really an excellent hotel; with only minor annoyances. The Nespresso coffee machine leaked & they replaced it immediately. Then 1 day later when about 200+ more guests arrived things got a bit annoying. The replacement of coffee for the machine stopped, and the cream also was not replenished. Even after asking for replacements they just could not handle the volume of people in the hotel. So naturally the free WiFi also became non-existent. So if you can roll with the flow - this hotel is about spoiling you away from home!

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Check in excellent even though we arrived very early in the morning we got our room immediately. Reception staff also helped get us boarding passes for our next flight The hotel is extremely busy but seem to manage to please everyone.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with wide and varied choices. The rooms fairly large and comfortable. Good bed and pillows. We were on the 11th floor, no noise inside or outside. the hotel.
The hotel is situated close to many shops and large shopping mall. Lots of restaurants, bars and all within walking distance. It is also possible to walk to the old town and Royal Castle passing many famous buildings and statutes.
Recommend this hotel while in Warsaw.

Room Tip: The hotel faces main roads on all sides. Better to have a room on the higher floors to avoid any no...

It`s not a bad hotel but a busy and a noisy one. central location , nice breakfast . The standard rooms are small but modern, with aircondition, wi-fi and a kettle . The lifts are so busy in the mornings and enenings so you have to wait a long time to use it.

One more stay in Novotel Warsaw last week, and one more surprise how this hotel is really higher than any 5 stars in Warsaw, my really preferred one and will never change it ever! I was mentioned to them since my first stay few months ago that I love to stay in high floor, and this time my room was ready as per my note without reminding, thanks a lot and see you soon...

Very impressive looking building when approaching from the airport.

Magnificent entrance with great staff to greet you upon your arrival.
Check in was resonably quick with all staff speaking a variety of languages, and they actulay also understand.
What I mean is in some countries they speak English, however their comprehension is very low. The staff here, were just like speaking to another Australian so very comforting.

All baggage was taken to our room, which is quite rare thesae days unless you stay in a $500+ a night room.

Amazing views from our window, as we were there in the depth of Winter, it was fantastic day and night. the views from all floors are also fantastic as each lobby and elevator area had a huge panoramic window.
Shoe shiners on each floor next to the lifts, were a real surprise.

Room was very clean, tidy with a small table, a sofa bed as well as a very comfortable bed.
The rooms are a tad on the smallish side, but this is not an issue for 2 people.
This is the norm all over Europe, so this wasnt a surprise to find one here.

Heating was fantastic the tea and coffee making facilities are plentifull, swift room service from very nice staff.

Information from any staff in the main lobby was always at hand, and the staff are very keen to assist.

Breakfast facilities are great with a huge selection of food (hot and cold) huge selection of hot and cold drinks, with plenty of seating.

One thing to note, this hotel seems to be frequented by a very large percentage of business people. There was also a large amount of people attending conferences there, so this is a good sign of quality, however it then does not allow for a more quite, less busy setting.

Large queues at the elevators, no seating room in the lobby very busy at breakfast and checkout.
For us, this is not a deal breaker, we would definately go back to this hotel for sure. It may be an issue for some people however.
These issues did stop me from rating the hotel as "excellent"

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor with views looking towards the palace of culture

It's hard to miss this hotel – sort of a UN Secretariat building in the middle of Warsaw.

The middle of Warsaw is strange, because so much of it was wiped out during World War II and it has developed recently into a relatively attractive city – with some exciting new buildings. If there is an eyesore downtown is a huge cultural center built in the 1950s using Soviet style grandiose architecture. It is certainly worth taking a look at it.

The hotel is attractive, complete, just not exciting. Our room had what one would expect, with a fine view, but small for a five-star hotel. The hotel seemed to be "a bit rough around the edges" but a satisfactory for stay in the middle of the city.

If you are interested in walking the hotel is at a major downtown intersection and I randomly chose one of the four streets to walk along and it was a good exercise walk. Sidewalks were born and not filled with pedestrians.

Room Tip: If you want a view of Warsaw, this is the hotel for. Ask for a high floor
