Right in the center of Warsaw. A hotel with a long history, large modern rooms, well cleaned. Very good breakfast and all that for a price that is far below what you can find in Western Europe. The only down point in the protocol is the price for the wi-fi connection.

One night's experience here was way beyond expectations. We arrived by taxi from the airport, as it was 11am our room wasn't ready so we left our bags and reception staff were great they gave us maps to explore Warsaw. It's 30-45 mins walk to the old town, or there are trams, buses and metro stops 2 mins from the hotel.

Checking in was good, staff friendly and spoke good English. Our room was 528, fifth floor, with a great view across Warsaw and to the Palace of Culture. Despite the main road below we didn't notice any significant road noise as others have commented. Room was modern, tastefully decorated and had everything you need for a short stay. Beds comfortable though duvet was strangely smaller than the bed. Slept ok though. Bathroom spotless, tiles had under floor heating and even TV sound was fed into it. Shower good and hot, and bath had double shower curtain both in and out of the bath, never seen that anywhere before. TV good mix of European channels, and had portal to other pay services. WiFi available at cost, free in Lobby. Good size mini bar well stocked though did not use so cannot comment on prices. By the lift there was a shoe polishing machine, another nice little touch of luxury.

Buffet Breakfast was very comprehensive, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes, fruit, juices, champagne, fish, hot selection including sausages, egg, beans, mushrooms, and an omelette frying station. Coffee machine delivered quality coffee. Avoid 9am it was the peak time to eat and was very busy.

Bar had happy hour every evening 50% off. Didn't try gym or Sauna but our party advised it was very good. We didn't try the hotel restaurant other than for breakfast.

Overall this is an outstanding value Hotel. Very few European city hotels would match this for quality at the price, certainly none that we have ever stayed in. More than worthy of its star rating, and a great way to enjoy Warsaw.

Room Tip: Premium rooms face the Palace of Culture.

Firstly, your attention will be drawn to their beautiful lobby once you stepped in.
The room is spacious enough considering "the centre of the centre" location and a bath room
is equipped with a bath tab, also spacious and very comfortable to use.
You will probably be offered a coupon for a welcome drink at the ground floor bar.
Our room was luckily inner side of the building, so very quiet (no view though, inevitably).
As the hotel is facing with the noisy main street, street side rooms can be a bit noisy though I am sure the room window must be sound-proof, more or less.
My advice to you, if we are coming from Warsaw station, use the underground stairs to get there and do not try to cross the street, for there isn't a pedestrian crossing near the hotel.
Traffic is constantly busy all the time, so don't dare to cross for your safety!!!

The hotel is in the centre of the city and easy reachable from the airport by bus (number 175). The rooms are spacious (even the standard rooms are huge), with a big bathroom, safe and TV. They are quiet and equipped with a adjustable aircon. The staff is friendly.
Since we didn't book breakfast we're not able to judge the quality of the food.

Would higgly recommend this place; specially at those unbeatable rates!

Stayed here with Odysseys Unlimited tour. Loved it. Beautiful lobby, immaculate, charming. Rooms good size for Europe. Our stay in Warsaw was brief but locale seemed to,be good, we walked around happily and found many non- tourist restaurants. Don't miss the curved staircase between 1st and 2nd floors. Unbelievable breakfast. Loved the hotel and staff was very accommodating. We were there in2013 and wi-fi was in lobby only.

Great rooms and breakfast was outstandingly good. Great location
Reception staff were super- fluent English, great local knowledge and very helpful.
Only downside was the price of drinks in the hotel bar

Despite what another reviewer said the Wi Fi was free but officially limited. In practice reception provide extra passwords if you needed them!

Fantastic hotel. Could not be better placed in the center of the city. Excellent service and first class rooms. However wifi should not be extra. That is ridiculous for a hotel with this high standard.
