One of those really good apartments which all traveller would wish for! Right in the heart of shopping , food outlets, walking distance to the old town and all its attractions. Also right beside is a money exchange that gave great rates.( It is directly opposite Kebab King).I got 3.00 for each US $ when our kantors were giving 2.33 or 2.4. At the airport I got 2.43.You can also get good rates at the Salt Mines).
Apartment we stayed had 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom. All 3 rooms were spacious.Toilet had natural ventilation, you get cool air flowing in through the window.Very clean and with full kitchenware and a washing machine and iron.Good WiFi and very helpful staff.Sound from those at cafe below would not bother you with windows closed.

Room Tip: pick rooms on higher floors.

My mother and I were traveling through Poland in April of 2014 and had a wonderful stay at the Residence St. Andrews.

The hotel is apartment style, with large, spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is located in an adorable little courtyard on the side of a busy street bustling with restaurants and shops and is within walking distance of many near attractions and hubs of transportation including the Palace of Culture, Warsaw Central Train Station, Nowy Swiat and the Old Town.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room impeccably clean and quiet. For the reasonable price and the prime location, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed in the top floor apartment (no 46). It was spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and quiet.
It's perfectly situated in the centre and walking distance to excellent bars, restaurants, old town and Lazienki park.
The staff were helpful and very friendly.
When you book on line ensure you stipulate the type of bed you want e.g. singles, double etc. The website isn't clear with regards to this and when I asked the receptionist she informed me that it should be specified in the notes. When we arrived we had a kingsize bed rather than 2 singles. Sleeping with my best buddy was not an option!! The housekeeper was more than happy to resolve this without any fuss.
I can't recommend these apartments highly enough. Excellent!!

Warsaw does not have one central district, so there is no 'right' place to stay. This circa 1900 building recently converted to apartment accommodation is in a handy place, located on a pedestrian mall with lots of cafes nearby, a supermarket a short stroll down the road and within 5 minutes drive of the Central Station. Our two-bedroom apartment on the top floor was very clean (and cleaned each day), and quiet at night. The beds are on the firm side. The kitchen is adequate, though the lack of a toaster is a negative. If you are looking for a full set of china, etc. you'll probably find it stored in the sideboard in the lounge rather than in the kitchen. An English 'guide' to the amenities, and where to find them, would be useful in each room. The bathroom has a huge bath but a tiny (separate) shower cubicle. The rooms were on the dark side, and the furnishings are basic, but we found the apartment a nice place to return to in the evening after strolling in fascinating Warsaw. The friendly reception opens during office hours only, so if you are arriving outside these hours you will be shown to your room by the security guy, who is courteous but whose English is limited. We did not eat at the courtyard restaurant so can pass on no information about it. There are many choices for food nearby. Recommendable.

Charming,clean, convenient, spacious, homely, relaxing.

We had a 10 night then another 4 night stay at this apartment ‘hotel’. This is not a hotel as such, but apartments for rent, so come prepared. Do not expect amenities like toiletries, or tea coffee etc…bring them with you from your previous stay or purchase from the carrefours supermarket only metres away. As such no service on weekends either.
If you are in the middle of a long holiday, these apartments offer homely, comfortable accommodation right in the heart of everything. A minute or two to bus, tram or metro. Close to railway station, Palace of Culture and an easy walk to the Hala Mirovska market. Cafes, shops and more importantly the best donut shops in Warsaw only minutes away too!
On my last stay in Warsaw made the mistake of taking a regular hotel room for a long stay but never again!
Apartment is well maintained, even if décor is slightly dated and a little worn on the edges…it feels like home. Housekeeping(weekdays) is immaculate. Could even get a BBC channel on tv! Retro amenity was the cassette player in the bedroom!
Nice little kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. ( drying rack and ironing too of course!) You will need to buy just about everything from cleaning stuff to tea and coffee. Kitchen only has the very basics but it works for a longer stay. First Bathroom had hand held shower over bath, with no curtain…not our favourite, but it was ok. Second apartment had shower recess and bath and was much better. Reception staff very accommodating looking after luggage while we did a 5 night side trip and happy to accommodate a fourth person for one night by providing linen for sofa bed. Good pillows, towels and linen. Excellent housekeeping.
Great security and out of hours check in/out available through security. Despite busy cafes in courtyard, very quiet and good sleep quality. Very little sound transference from other apartments.
Only point is that we really missed a toaster and the grill in the combi oven took 15 minutes to make toast...also internet was slow ...otherwise I would have given 5 spots. Will definitely be back next time we visit our son who lives here in Warsaw. PS I had lots of nice photos but as I was doing this review on our last day in this room...the interent just would not upload the photos! lol

Room Tip: Both rooms we had were good, but probably prefered the apartment on top floor.

We stayed for five days in these serviced apartments. They are spacious and comfortable. Only down side is that daily cleaning did not include Sat and Sun. Would have been fine if they had made us aware but as previous reviewer mentions, there are no cleaning goods provided in the kitchen. Short stay guests do not need hassle of buying these. This is a minor negative though. The excellent location with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and things to see more than made up for the inconvenience. We were on 4th floor looking into internal square which was quiet. We would recommend.

I stayed here just a couple of weeks ago. I was on business trip from Australia. I stayed in a gorgeous one bedroom apartment which was enormously spacious. The apartment was tastefully furnished and also had it's own separate bathroom and kitchen with full cooking facilities. Very clean and nice and quiet.
The apartment is centrally located and walking distance to almost everywhere including the Palace of Culture,Old Town and also a short tram ride to Lazienki Park. The builiding is situated in a charming non-driving street (taxis can access though) with wonderful cafes nearby and all the major stores including H&M, Zara etc for shopping. There is a little grocer across the road selling fruit and vegetables and deli foods, milk, sugar, tea if you want to self cater. There is also a larger supermarket further up the road for anything else you might need.
Above all else the reception staff are absolutely brilliant. Always warm and welcoming and ready to assist speaking fluent English. I actually lost my mobile phone in a taxi while I was there. The staff managed to track down the driver and was mailed to me back to Australia! They went above and beyond to help me.
All in all staying at Residence St Andrews Palace made my stay in Warsaw a true pleasure and I hope to go back one day soon!
