Mamaison Hotel Le Regina Warsaw
Ranked #5 of 127 Hotels in Warsaw
Certificate of Excellence
Reviewed 8 July 2011

Our family of 7 stayed in 4 rooms over 2 nights in Warsaw. I chose Le Regina based on reviews in Trip Advisor and am happy to say it exceeded my expectations. A simply decorated, modern, small hotel in a great location just a few blocks walk from Old Town Warsaw. The rooms were very nice, with huge modern bathrooms, the staff friendly and very helpful (including recommending excellent restaurants outside the hotel), and did I mention the great location? If we ever make it back to Warsaw I will definitely chose Le Regina again. Staying there was the perfect topping to an excellent family trip to Poland.

The MaMaison Hotel Le Regina was a delightful start & finish to our most recent holiday in Eastern Europe because all the staff were so friendly, efficient & helpful. Additionally, all the facilities normally associated with a very comfortable quality establishment were complimented by excellent well appointed rooms. Moreover, the hotel is ideally situated in a peaceful location just a short walk from the UNESCO Historic Centre of Warsaw. We thoroughly recommend The MaMaison Hotel Le Regina and accordingly this review is written without reservation. EWR/ FPR London

A great location tucked into a quiet spot in the old town area. A wonderful multilingual staff that is dedicated to making your stay comfortable. The hidden gem here is the food in the hotel restaurant which is creative and of the highest quality. You might think it is expensive compared to local Polish eateries but when you eat there you will be surprised by the world class quality. Best are the chef offerings and desserts. Rooms have high ceilings and the room entry doors are a charming detail.

Sometimes the hotel setting really adds to your overall impression of a city. That was the case with the Mamaison Hotel Le Regina.. It was a pleasure to wake up there and a pleasure to return at the end of the day. The area was a delight for a stroll after dinner.. or for dinner, as there was a wide choice of restaurants nearby. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Loved Le Regina, the former US Embassy in Warsaw. I only stayed one night and wish it could have been longer. The reception staff is welcoming and helpful. The lobby and public rooms are beautiful. Our room was the largest I have seen in Europe. The tiled bathroom is spacious with a great shower. Beds extremely comfortable. The hotel is defiantly a 5 star hotel at 3 star prices. Location is on the edge of the old town square, but is accessible to all of the historical portions of Warsaw. The hotel has a restaurant which we did not use as the prices are quite high. Breakfast buffet is $30. Finding a place to eat breakfast near the hotel is difficult. The only place we could find was a mini market with fresh rolls and juice, which we ate on a bench outside the market. Further on there were some breakfast cafes that opened around 10:00am.

Warsaw was mostly destroyed during World War II, and the old sections of the city rebuilt. This magical hotel is in the very centre of the city, with most of what you want to visit a few steps away.
We had a very large room at the back which was light and sunny and totally quiet. The bed linen was excellent, the bathroom well appointed and the staff extremely attentive.
Breakfast on the terrace was abundant and varied.
This is one hotel which will not disappoint the most jaded traveller. We will go back gladly.
