“Great”
Reviewed 5 May 2014 via mobile

Cheap, new, cleaned regular, perfectly located and you got everything you need.
Breakfast is also great with different choices.
The only downside was the Internet connection - really slow.
But overall, I would recommend the hotel.

Booked the Campanile on line as it is fairly central, and excellent value for money.
A clean hotel, with comfortable bed, and clean shower and bathroom. Staff were helpful, although not all could speak English and our Polish is non-exsistant. Would certainly use this hotel again, and would recommend it to others

2 nights here as part of multi city trip. Well located near both tram and train stops including direct from airport and central train station. Breakfast was nothing special but enough with small selection if fruit, yogurt, cheese, meats, rolls, spreads as well as juice, tea and coffee. We were on a room over the railway which you could hear slightly with window closed but we slept through it. Clearly hotel has been modernised since older reviews as our room looked newly decorated with green wardrobe and chair and a very clean look. Good shower in particular. Worth the £33 a night we spent via trivago.

The train from the airport will deliver you to the front door, which is a big plus (the Ochota stop, which is one stop before Central station). Trams also stop nearby, and will whisk you into town.
The hotel is close to busy roads and the railway, but (my room was facing into the courtyard) I did not find noise an issue.
And, for an Englishman who likes his cup of tea, the kettle (unusual in many European hotel rooms) was a bonus, as was the Sky News channel (note to management, BBC would be better !)
Overall, well-situated, and very good value for money.

Room Tip: If quiet is your thing, ask for a room facing the inner courtyard.

Considering it is 2* hotel, it offers basic accommodation with good value ( paid 39€ per night)
Hotel is far from any tourist attractions, and located in Wola ( central but rather unattractive , industrial part of Warsaw), however it is close to the Central train station ( 2 stops away by tram) and to the airport ( bus no.175 stops nearby hotel and it take 30-45 min or 15-30min by taxi ).
Campanile hotel lies within complex of 2 other Hotels ( Golden Tulip - higher standard and Premier Inn - lower price)
Hotel is handy hotel for people commuting in business or those who don't mind lack of facilities and distance to attractions.
Room was clean, basic and similar size to the rooms of other Campanile or Ibis Hotels I have stayed before.
Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter

Cons:
-Internet was not working well
-staff in the restaurant, (professionalism and smile was missing, but the bartender in the bar was friendly).
I wouldn't recommend the restaurant in this hotel, as it is overpriced for what is offered

Room Tip: Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter

We stayed here over new year 2013 / 14. The hotel is located on a busy main road that leads into the centre of Warsaw - its good for getting a tram and metro but you cannot walk to the old town from the hotel. The hotel itself is nice, modern but big and impersonal. The rooms are good - clean, a good size and comfortable bed and excellent shower. The staff were helpful with advice and booking taxis. The breakfast buffet is basic, there was some confusion about whether our booking included breakfast and its probably better to book without breakfast and get it yourself somewhere else! We enjoyed our stay here though.

Stayed there because Golden Tulip (which is in the same building) was fully booked. The room was the usual Campanile fare - it is like a worn-down Ibis, same concept, just not as well executed. The main problem was, however, that the room was on the second floor and windows gave on the main train line through Warsaw. With six tracks for long distance and local trains that ensured a train passing just below my window about every ten minutes. If you don't like the sound of trains and/or are a light sleeper this is not a place for you. I am a bit of a train enthusiast so I managed the two nights I had to spend there with a little help from my noise canceling headphones one morning.

Breakfasts: poor selection, not very satisfying. One evening I was hungry and went down only to learn the kitchen in the restaurant closes at 9:30pm. Luckily, there are some quite good restaurants within walking distance.

Room Tip: The higher you are the quieter it should get.
