“Surprised at how good it was”
Reviewed 18 July 2014

Stayed with a number of football fans for 2 nights in this hotel: Had a room on the 17th floor which was excellent. Lovely comfortable bed great shower/bathroom flat screen televiosion and any thing that was required was there (Iron/Hairdryer/shower/shampoo etc). The selection at Breakfast was comparible with any of the top hotels I have stayed at during vacations..excellent selection. Good bar area and centrally located. All in all a very good hotel. The only issue was the wi-fi which although free and was indicated as connected, was frequently unavailable. Overall very good tho.

Room Tip: High up is best as there is road works which start early nearby but its not intrusive.

We arrived to Warsaw by train and found the hotel to be perfectly located within walking distance, just behind Marriott hotel. We got a room on the 17th floor with very nice view. The room aren't big but enough for us (1 adult and 2 children). The hotel is quite new and the stuff gives you an excellent service. The breakfast was excellent as well. The Internet have good speed and is for free. All in all you will get good value for money.

It's right behind the Marriott, the perfect location.
literally 3 minute walk to the tram station, one minute walk to carrefour express, 4 minutes walk to Vapiano and Starbucks. Add to that the proximity to city center, and the shopping malls you discover that it is the best location and value for money.

The facility itself is quite nice, and the staff are quite helpful but can be over whelmed some times by the load :), yet they are still sweet and nice.

Food quality is quite good and the variety is quite good as well.

No special advice regarding the rooms.

We arrived to Warsaw on train from Krakow. It was so close we just pulled our bags from central station. We walked to our international bus for departure. There are great views of Warsaw from rooms. It is convienet to walk or take bus to old town and palace. We are glad we choose Hampton Inn City Centre. Easy to find with name high on building

We stayed in this hotel at the end of June this year, shortly after its opening. The hotel was a nice surprise. There are a lot of Hampton Inn hotels but this was the best. The 17-floor room was great, clean and smelling fresh. Breakfast is included in the room rate with a huge selection. The reception staff were efficient but especially we wish to point out Alha that has gone above and beyond to help us all needs. May you all have such a team hotel. Definitely will go back to this hotel in Warsaw !

Room Tip: High floors

I stayed here for two nights in June, only few weeks after it opened. E.g. the ironing board has never been used before, some of it still wrapped in original packaging. As some reviewers have already mentioned, the staff is still getting used to all the new processes and tasks. However everyone seemed to take it with a smile and still provided a good service.

The check in took more time than you would expect, but I will not let it affect my review too much, since I expect it to improve as soon as the staff gets more experienced. The rooms are well laid out, leaving plenty of room if you travel even with a larger suitcase. The furniture seems to be of reasonable quality and the design is quite neutral - cosy enough to make you feel welcome though. Same goes for bathroom, which doesn't take up too much space, and is still big enough not to make you feel claustrophobic. The overall feeling is light and bright.

Even though being located close to one of the main streets of Warsaw, you don't get disturbed by the street noise at all, at least not on the top floors. You can easily get a good night's sleep in the comfy bed.

However there are few downsides, and they are mostly related to the breakfast. First of all, the buffet is not being topped up regularly, and there is a constant lack of few of the dishes. It is OK, but closer to Holiday Inn than to Hilton. And last but not least: don't make me mention the "coffee". I really don't know what they were brewing, but it really was far from a tasty cup of morning coffee. I really hope they will replace the current coffee machines with some that provide a more tasty morning-caffeine-kick.

But - looking at the price and the location, adding the fact that this is a brand new and clean hotel, it has deserved a second visit from me quite soon.

Room Tip: Aim, as always, for the higher floors - as there might be a risk of some street noise.

I've stayed here for two nights and it was a great stay. Of course the fact that the hotel opened less than two weeks ago contributes to this result and one can only hope they keep it that way. The room was spacious and the bed was heavenly. Internet is free, breakfast is varied and rich and the hotel is quite nicely located though it takes about 25min to walk to the old town but much closer to new happening areas.

Overall I'd definitely recommend staying here.
