Description: Venti-tre restaurant takes a fresh approach to Italian contemporary food with a large selection of seafood, Mediterranean dishes and local specialities. The theatre kitchen allows guests to take in the sights, sounds and aromas of a cuisine that is always prepared revolving around the goodness of sun, sea and earth. A glass enclosed wine wall houses an impressive array of European and New World vintages. In the balmy summer months, Venti-tre offers outdoor dining on a beatifully landscaped summer terrace with many atractions for the youngest guests at Kids' Corner.

I just got back from the restaurant which I chose for a business lunch meeting. We all ordered grilled veggies with a salad, goat's cheese and some fish (tuna, only one of us). The food was very disappointing. Actually, so far I believed that grilled veggies are the safest vegetarian option. Well, not the case here.... They were made on some heavy oil (or low quality olive oil), were overcooked, and simply not tasty, the dressing for the salad was not good either, not to mention over-salted porcini mushroom made on the same oil.... Definitely will not go back.

I had few international guests including for dinner and did not want to take any chance in a city like Warsaw, where you can always expect the unexpected.
So I could not take any risk. I was staying at the Hyatt Regency and I asked the concierge which restaurant he recommends. He told me- don't look far, the city's best restaurant iust right here in our hotel.
I went to the venti tre which is in the lobby level, and it was WONDERFUL SURPRISE. The EXCELLENT RESTAURANT MANAGER welcomed us in perfect English, the tables were set com ill faux, and Immediately felt at ease, that all will be just fine and that I can focus on my talks with my guests and not to worry about the service and the food.

I was not wrong.
Professional waiters came to us immediately, attended our table, and even gave menus in Chinese to our Chinese guest, who were very delighted to see it. The waiter took the orders, gave some small starters on the house, and the food was delicious, Some ordered fish some meat and excellent deserts,.
everyone was happy with the food, I could tell looking at the clean plates, and the service was perfect.
The price was ok. maybe a little on the expensive side compare to Warsaw, but not in compare to any other cities in Europe. Warsaw is really not expensive. I paid about 50 Euro per person including wines while in other city I would pay for same value at least double if not more.
The other good think was that I could charge it all to my room, and we didi not have to leave the hotel, we felt that we are in an excellent city restaurant seeing many local clients seating around.
I surely recommend this place. don't wait time looking for a good place to eat when the best is right where you are.Do what I did, and just stay at the Hyatt and you will not regret it..

The Hyatt Regency has just opened its newly designed Terras garden restaurant attached to its Venti tre Italian eatery.
The elegant furnitures and flowers created the right setting for my lunch meeting. I ate delicious Tuna steak with mixed salad and small pasta, and my guest ordered a beef steak with Pasta. Both were very well made, and of high quality.
The service was very attentive and pleasant. I paid together , with glass of wine and coffee about 65 Euro which was excellent value for Money. I highly recommend this restaurant also for nice evening dinners. The weather is now at its best, so don't miss an evening outdoors in Warsaw after its cold winters. I was glad to see that the restaurant was also full with local guests not staying in the hotel which was a very good sign for me that this place is also recognized as one of Warsaw's best restaurants, by the local community. It is perfectly understood and agreed.

My experience is limited to the Sunday brunch organized every Sunday from 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. in this Hyatt restaurant. Bevarages including wine and chamapange are included in the buffet price of 150 PLN per person. Venti tre as the name suggests is an Italian restaurant, but do not be mislead by the name. The buffet offering includes anything you would expect from a hotel buffet ranging from dim sum, jumbo shrimps, sushi (maki, nigiri and sashimi - though of average quality) to pieces of tenderloin steak, grilled salmon, pasta and etc. A nice touch, something that is absent from other hotel buffets is the possibility of ordering fresh pizza straight from the oven according to one's liking. The highlight of the visit to Ventri Tre's Sunday's brunch was the dessert buffet. There's a chocolate fundue and almost any classic dessert including pancakes made to order one could imagine. I am not a big fan of buffets, but I really enjoyed my experience at the Hyatt in Warsaw.
