Description: Dom Polski Restaurant in the Saska Kepa district of Warsaw ideally reflects the Polish national climate and character. It is located in a beautiful, large house, with a cozy garden open to the public in summer season. The cuisine is typically Polish, but already with leaner accents: plenty of fish, venison, poultry. The atmosphere, excellent style and elegance will satisfy the most demanding tastes. The restaurant is opened the year round from noon to the last guest. The maximum number of people whom we can invite to be seated in the restaurant at one time is 180; for buffet receptions we can accommodate up to 250 guests. The restaurant is as an ambassador in his own country. The menu includes a variety of dishes available throughout the year. The menu is supplemented with the Four Seasons offer, specifying dishes of the given season. The cuisine is light, with reduced fat. An additional attraction are the Sunday family brunches at PLN 89.00

Especially the Beef tatar was very tasty. Very nice facilities, a little bit out of the Warsaw centre.

“Very Good”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 May 2014

Having seen this restaurant on Trip Advisor I made a booking before we left for Warsaw on a short trip. The welcome was friendly. It was the service that raised the restaurant to being very good, when you have been used to the service in the more touristy spots the staff are very professional and it makes the mealtime so much more special. The food was tasty, portions are generous,
I tried the dumplings, and the duck, my companion had the guinea fowl, I would not say that it was the best meal I have ever had but I certainly would go back if I were in Warsaw again. We sat outside in the garden which is lovely, but the interior looked lovely too. You would need to go by taxi if you are staying in the centre of town, it did not seem to be very central but my knowledge of Warsaw is poor having only visited for 2 days.

“Excellent all around”

I was in Warsaw for 2 weeks and this was the best meal expierence I had. The outside grounds are so beautiful and landscaped with flowers and tress. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed sitting outside. From the coat check to the very end, everything was superb! Dumplings, wine, entrees (polish Duck), and dessert did not dissapoint. The waiter was so nice and attentive, and they even gave us free after dinner liquor shots. I will certainly eat here again if I am ever in Warsaw.

“Polish cuisine at international level”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 April 2014

I was taken here by my godson who lives in Warsaw for a special celebration with friends and family. It is a little out of the centre, but well worth the trip across the river. It is in a very chic area called Saska Kepa, where many of the foreign embassies are, and so restaurants here are frequented by people with high international expectations and high salaries (for Poland). As a consequence all the waiting staff speak fluent English, which is not that usual in Poland. The restaurant manages to be both luxurious and informal. It has a large and varied menu, with regional speclalties such as Bortsch, veal, and pork, also combined with more unusual options such as lamb, or catfish. The wine iist is also impressive, ranging from medium price to very expensive. Even the house wine is a good Rothschild at 20 Euros per bottle! A three course meal, with plenty of wine, and a vodka chaser, came to 40 Euros per person.

I notice that this is one of the top ten Tripadvisor-rated restaurants in Warsaw. I couldn't agree more. A great dinng experience!
