No complaints, if reception is not open upon arrival there is a number on the door you can ring, though I never had to as there were always staff members about! I paid for a single room but got a triple one, with a big fridge, desk, chair and wardrobe (wardrobes had separate keys) and even a chocolate on the pillow! Plenty of bathrooms and two shower rooms with two cubicles in each, though I just locked the main door when I showered as there was never a queue! Room had a fan in it so was always nice and cool, and bed comfortable. Takes about half an hour to walk to the centre but it's a nice walk through Tivoli Park so you won't notice the length. I felt fairly safe walking back at night as a lone female, as there were still cyclists around and bars open in the residential neighbourhood where the hostel is located.
