Worth to spend some time in this restaurant when you are visiting the monuments around the area. The food is tasty, huge quantity and not expensive. Service is slow, but I found that is something in common in all the country.
I am not Hungarian but I really enjoyed my lunch and I will come back for sure next time.

The food was tasty, plenty and pretty inexpensive. Worse was the service: it took 1 whole hour (!) to get the 3 mains we ordered. We also sat inside and it was too hot: no AC and no ventilation, it was difficult to breathe at some point

We passed by this restaurant and saw a lot of locals eating massive portions, so decided to give it a try as prices where very affordable. And we couldn't be happier.
The menu includes all sort of meats: chicken, turkey, wild boar, beef, pork, duck, goose, etc. and there are some vegetarian options too. It all sounds so nice that is difficult to decide what to eat. We opted for turkey and wild boar. Everything was delicious. We also had some home made croquettes and they were incredibly good too.
The portions are massive, it is hard to finish your dish, but it is also very tasty.
The place is also really charming with typical Hungarian decoration.
I would highly recommend a visit.

We have stopped for a late lunch. The service was very nice. The meals are mostly local, including fish meals. Big portion. Very much recommended.
