Stayed for four nights and can only agree with the previous posts that this is a great little hotel, with friendly and helpful reception staff and friendly cleaning staff too. Rooms are quite small, but perfectly adequate and the location is perfect for trams and Metro. Breakfast vouchers worked well - cafe is literally less than 2 minutes walk away.
Only downside was at check-out where the mangement of the hotel have gone against normal chip and pin payment and you need to either enter your Visa password onto their computer (not sure if everyone even has a password, nor how secure this is for the customer!) or you have to withdraw a large sum of money from an ATM and pay in cash. There is no warning in reception that this is their procedure, so lucky that we had left sufficient time to get to the airport so that we could go to the ATM and get the required payment.
The instructions to get to the hotel work fine and the building it is in is certainly interesting.More
