Just got back from a lovely week staying at the Palazzo Zichy. There are probably more luxurious hotels in Budapest but I'ld challenge you to find a better one for the money. Made a very comfortable base for exploring the wonderful city of Budapest. The breakfast buffet made a good start to the day and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The only slight negative was the room service, food is from a local restaurant it was ok but not great and slightly cold. Drink making facilities in the room would also have been nice as most days we got back from sight seeing after the free hot drinks service had ended. Those are minor points however as all in all a very good stay. No hotel restaurant but can recommend the Russian restaurant opposite the hotel, Matrjoska.
