A local friend recommended this hotel to me, and it was a great piece of advice. The hotel is quite new and located in the centre of Budapest, within walking distance of the main tourist spots. The only problem being that the street is always very busy and it's difficult to park outside, even if just for getting off a taxi.
With Eurostars being a chain from Spain, everything is written in Hungarian, English and Spanish, so it's no wonder that it's very popular with people from Spain and Latin America. But everyone can feel at home. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, breakfast was quite good and I especially enjoyed the sauna, which I think is meant to close at 11 PM, but I was there at midnight.
And to top it all off, I found that the price was very competitive, but of course, this was in early December, when tourists go somewhere else. I guess that in the summer it must be more expensive, but well worth a try anyway.More
