First of all, the hotel deserves the 4 stars and provides an excellent price for what you pay. The location is also central and nearby to many interesting places. Moreover, the best thing I guess for this hotel is the friendly staff, who are always there for your assistance. The rooms are very clean and newly furnished. There is no negative thing for this hotel from my side but don't expect a view from the windows. There is also a sauna which is fairly good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone willing to stay in Budapest.

Room Tip: I changed to a street view room, which in the end I like to see something when looking out of the windows. This might not be the ideal for anyone since you have more noise from the street.

This hotel is located along a main street within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the popular shopping pedestrian zone and the river. The breakfast in the morning was a delightful buffet with quite a few choices for any taste. The rooms were simple and practical, with a bathroom I wish I had at home.

Fantastic location right next to Elizabeth Bridge. The hotel is new and modern with friendly helpful staff. The room was clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and there is a good variety of choices for breakfast. WIFI speed/signal strength was also very good. Towels were not changed regularely

Very good location next to the Astoria metro station, really in the centre, but the windows keep the noise outside. Room are fine, depending on your nationality the TV programme could be a bit one-sided. Lots of Spanish tourists in the house. Bar does close at 23h.

Breakfast was ok but not overwhelming. Only two coffee-machines, in case of many guests this is not enough. I missed the fresh yoghurt. Nice variety of bread, all the things you expect from a normal hotl breakfast.

People at the reception are friendly and helpful. If you miss breakfast in the morning since you have to leave very early, there is coffee and some small snacks at the reception waiting for you. A nice little extra at 6.30 in the morning.

My husband and I stayed at The Eurostars Hotel over the New Year period. Prices were very expensive compared to other times of the year but we decided to stay based on reading tripadvisor reviews. I emailed beforehand to ask for a high floor and quiet room, they very kindly obliged and we did in fact stay on the 8th floor which is the same floor as the gym and sauna. I used the sauna once which was very clean and tidy. The room was as described in other reviews, large, plenty of space, quiet and a courtyard view. Toiletries were replenished and room cleaned daily. If we had to remark on any negatives, I would say to be very careful getting out of the bath/shower area, this is quite slippery and could be very dangerous if not careful, the side of the bath is quite high with not much space to clamber out, its not really suitable for elderly guests. Our other negative was the bar area, it does lack any atmosphere and the one time we were there, it did feel like a coffee area. Having said that, I guess Budapest has so many restaurants, bars and cafes to visit that you probably won't spend much time there anyway. In summary, a nice modern place to stay and in the centre close to all things needed associated with a city holiday/break, staff were extremely helpful and courteous and breakfast was completely adequate for your needs. Thank you Eurostars for a nice break.

Room Tip: Email beforehand.
