We stayed here for 3 nights as a group of 8 friends in 4 rooms. Check-in at the clean and spacious reception area was a fairly painless process and the reception staff explained everything in detail and provided free wifi codes for as many devices as we needed. Although the hotel was fairly busy they managed to get 3 of our 4 rooms on the same floor next to each other, with the last room just on the floor below. All rooms were as requested (3 doubles and 1 twin). The rooms were all pretty similar in layout, etc. All very keen and tidy and everything you would expect to find in a hotel of this rating. The location of the hotel is ideal - very central and great for sightseeing, etc. The reception staff are VERY helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very helpful with showing us where various places are on maps in relation to the hotel, booking taxis for us, etc. The only downside in the hotel was the food. The buffet breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about - the coffee was terrible and there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms so we went out for a decent coffee every day. We attempted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant on the first night. But after an hour and half of waiting for food, which then came out stone cold we were not impressed. Our waiter was understanding and didn't charge for any of the food and drinks. A shame as the quality of the food looked good - it just took forever and was inedible by the time it came - and we were the only people in there. However, we would still recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.,

This was ideal for a group of 40+ guys on a long weekend trip. It was clean and well maintained. Functional rather than luxurious..
A kettle in the room would have been nice. Also there is nothing to attract you to stay in the hotel for the night e.g a nice bar for socialising.
The positives are that it is in an ideal position for walking to the main sites, bars and restaurants, the staff are pleasant and professional with good English

We stayed here for 3 days. we came by car and parked in a garage which is just underneath the hotel. it is a paying garage but you get a discount when you book a room in the hotel. Before we came the staff was very professional and sent us detailed ways how to get to the hotel.
The hotel is in good and safe neighborhood, very close to vaci street (centre of budapest). It is also on a big and busy street. There is also an excellent restaurant in the street behind the hotel which I will review.
Interior of the hotel is new, modern and clean. Elevators are large.
As we are light sleepers we asked the room away from main street and on upper floor. We were granted our wishes and stayed in a standard room on 7 floor. We slept like babies as no sound could have been heard from outside. The room was spacious, it had big windows with lots of sunshine coming trough. it had wooden floor (no carpets which can be filthy). Double bed was large and comfortable. Room seamed completely new and very clean. Bathroom was spacious and clean with marble like tiles. Staff is very polite and kind.
We also paid for breakfast which was excellent with lots of choice of hot and cold dishes.
we came on sunday and nevertheless all the exchange places in town were working. I recommend comparing few places to get the best exchange rate.
All in all highly recommended new and clean hotel, near the centre, with excellent value for money you pay and I would definitely return.

spent 4 nights at the hotel 2 weeks ago. Booked standard room on hotel websight and upgraded on arriving. Stayed in room 711 which was fabulous. The reception desk were most helpfull and the breakfast served was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the Danube and the great synagogue. Will defenately stay there again!

Room Tip: Street facing

Stayed there for one night last week for business meetings. The hotel is functional, the staff efficient and polite, rooms are clean. The lobby, and in general the public areas are not very big, and the breakfast is nice.

Tips: make sure you have some local currency exchanged, as not everyone accepts EUR.
The coffee shop connected to the hotel at the ground level serves very good coffee. Much better than the one of the hotel. Taxis picks up and drop off are at the back entrance and not in front at most cases. Finally, skip the lunch in the hotel, there are better places to get a tasty lunch in Budapest.

Bottom line: nice and efficient stay, good value for money, but not a memorable stay.

Room Tip: Always a higher floor is better as the hotel sits on the main road, so at times it may get noisy on...

This modern hotel is located at the heart of Pest within walking distance of great restaurants, important museums and the Danube River. It is reasonably priced. It offers all amenities, free WiFi in the room, and an excellent breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will go back and will also look for other hotels of this chain in other cities.

The rooms were lovely, well kept and clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The location was pretty central for the city and we easily walked to all the main sights. The small restaurant and bar next to the hotel was so good, we dine there a few times on our stay.
