“Accommodation No Brainer.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 June 2014 via mobile

Ok for the price I paid for this, which seems to be the nightly rate for a 1 bed, you simply cannot go wrong. My unit sadly was without a balcony but for everything else I can live with that . Entry phone, secure entry, bath and shower, with separate toilet, sitting room... And yes, the location is superb. Let me say that again, the location is excellent . You are located at a perfect point to reach all the Pest main sights with a 5 minute stroll, and then come back to a happening place at night with loads of restaurants and bars directly below you. Yes, that generates noise, but that's the trade off you get, and honestly it wasn't that bad...The apartment was pretty much spotless. My only regret is not having stayed both nights...

The location of the apartment is wonderful! Very close to Deak Ferenc (which is the crossing of three metro lines), next to a street full of good bars and restaurants.

The apartment we stayed was more than large enough with all modern commodities. It was nice and clean and towels were included. Receptionists are helpful and with the early/late ryan air flights the bagage room at the reception is very welcome.

As it is situated next to several pubs and restaurants it gets a bit noisy in the evening. As we hiked the entire day it didn't really bother us.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the rooms in the other building (25 meters away).

We booked this apartment as part of a package without really researching it too much other than seeing the great reviews on TA. I think we were expecting a more typical hotel experience based on the description of the other hotels in our trip package in Prague and Vienna. However, upon arrival we were surprised that it really is an apartment which is essentially minimally furnished and not real practical for a short 3 night stay. Location is GREAT! Our apartment was a studio with 1 full size bed that is so soft and low to the ground I could hardly climb out in the morning. 2 day beds that were fine for the young adults but they only provided sheets for one bed expecting them to squeeze in and sleep on one bed. Luckily there was another blanket in closet. Do not expect soap for the tub and shampoo. Bring your own. You will get one towel each for your 3 night stay and one hand towel for apartment. The unit has a W/D but you'll need to purchase detergent. The bottom line is it is convenient, centrally located and good for longer stays. If you are used to staying in hotels then you will be disappointed. If you like staying in a residential apartment with no amenities then thus is for you. All in all it was an odd experience. We had no idea how much was allocated for our lodging in the tour package but we checked a travel site while there and saw the rate was $44 a night. BARGAIN. We probably would have upgraded the lodging package option had we known.
Noise from the bars was not an issue but we were there Monday - Thursday .

We booked a studio (2 persons) for our Christmas vacations, really cheap, and we didn't know what to expect. It took us a while to find it, and we got scared that it was a scum, but then we finally noticed that printed A4 page that said "All4U-apartments" (with a little help from a passer by), and we went up to the reception, we still didn't know what to expect since the reception is actually an apartment... BUT when we finally arrived to our room, we knew it was worth every penny!!! Hot water at any time, really warm inside, in near perfect condition, with nice kitchen equipment and a bathroom with a washing machine.. I could really live in that apartment!!! Also it was really close to the center of Pest, and near a metro station.
The only negative thing, for those of you that want to spend some summer vacations there, is that there are a lot of bars-pubs exactly below these apartments, so be ware of the music!!!

We booked two apartments for a trip recently and were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that not only were they cheap and clean but that they are right in the middle of all the good bars and restaurants in central Budapest. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and I can highly recommend All-4-u.

Although a bit difficult to find the entrance, the apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable and included a kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. For breakfast, I stocked up the fridge with bread, cheese and cold meats at a very reasonable price

Although located in the middle of town and surrounded by bars and cafes, the noise in the room was not too bad.

All in all, for the price, excellent value and would definitely stay there the next time I visit Budapest

I would highly recommend this hotel-these apartments i mean :) I stayed in Budapest for 5 days in All 4u apartments in the spring and spent a lovely time . I was pretty surprised by the hotel itself and by the neighbourhood. The accommodation was very nice- there is everything you may need in the apartments- even vacuum cleaner so they are perfect if you plan to stay for along time. If you stay for just a couple of days- you won`t be wrong to choose them as they are very close in fact to all the main attaractions and the pedestrian zone as well. They are clean and spacious enough. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants and a lot, really a lot of people. You don`t need to worry where to have breakfast in the morning or where to drink some coctails at night. It is one of the most vuibrant neighbourhoods i have ever visited. However, streets are clean, without garbage outside the bins, may be a little bit noisy but definetely not in an annoying manner ;) I am a person who loves crowds, voices, people around me, i like to feel the life pulsing around me, so i definetely liked it.
It is absolutely worth visiting!!!

Room Tip: I booked 2 one-bedroom apartments but as they did not have available we were give one 1-bedroom and...
