The building is welcoming from outside,
The staff is kind and very polite,
Elegant and stylish reception,
The spa is its greatest redemption.

Definitely visit it if your in Budapest, Hungary,

Great hotel, and great value for money! If you're looking for a relaxing break it has a great spa which is included in the price. Thermal baths, gym, jacuzzi steam rooms and much more. Amazing service staff will go above and beyond to help you. Only down fall is location, 20 min walk into the centre ( which is a nice relaxing walk on a hot day) only 5 min taxi however on days you feel not walking. Do offer a free shuttle service also at certain times of the day also. Overall great hotel would stay here again without a doubt.

I stayed here for a conference held here. The hotel is nice and I was lucky to get a Danube river view. The spa, the breakfast and the room is excellent. I like most is the service. All staff I met seems to understand the body language. I feel sometimes before I have start to ask for something, they have understood most of it. I'm quite impressed by that. Once I asked a receptionist for helping me to order an airport shuttle for the next day. She suggested me to came back in the evening. Apparently, I looked confused and she understood and leave all her work and order a seat and pick up service in a very efficient way. I appreciated the way she understood my need.

It is a bit distance from the center. Although we need approximately 15 minutes by train to reach the most interesting parts of Budapest such as Chain bridge or the funicular , but with walking and waiting for the train, in total we need between 10-15 minutes extra. But I don't mind, fit well for a conference, otherwise people may distracted by the magic of Budapest.

On arrival the hotel looks fantastic, staff and concierge were very attentive, speak fantastic English and try to make your stay as special and as unique to you as possible. As a couple the only annoyance in terms of our room was the fact that nowhere in the hotel supplies a double bed duvet, your sleeping in a double bed with two single duvets which is very odd and takes away the romantic feel. However everything else in the room and with the room service and cleanings were fantastic, room always fully stocked with clean sheets towels, teas coffees and water. Unfortunately there was maintenance work happening just outside our room which wasn't ideal, and the hotel bar was extremely over priced if not on happy hour. The spa was fantastic, although we didn't have any treatments as again they're very expensive, you are able to use the gym swim sauna and steam for free whenever you like which we took full advantage of. We would definitely return and recommend to a friend.

This is a decent spa hotel with a good gym, nice spa and the things you typically expect from a spa hotel. It is outside the center of Budapest, but the suburban railway station is very close and is very well connected to the center. The staff are polite and helpful. There is a nice little restaurant behind the hotel and a pharmacy nearby. But not much else within walking distance. Margarat island which is 5-10 min walk is very nice for jogging.

Clean and well maintained. Food really nice if somewhat expensive compared to what can be purchased externally.

Swimming pools, jacuzzi etc all nice. Free Wifi, very handy!

30-45 minute walk to the town centre.

Would stay there again.

A modern hotel with character and superb staff. The property is more of a high 4 star but the service is really 5 star quality. The location is good and some rooms have a river view. It is fairly close to the city centre. The meeting rooms are a high standard and the restaurant and food and beverage are again in line with high 4 star/ 5 star expectations. The Spa is large and very well managed with excellent facilities. It is suitable for business or pleasure
