This is a very busy hotel; lots of school parties, which meant at breakfast, the dining room was very busy. However, at night it was very quiet. The reception staff, speaking many languages, were very helpful, and knowledgeable about transport, things to see, etc. The hotel is just opposite Heroes Square, a 2 minute walk from the metro, and busses stop just outside. It is so convenient for tourists.

We lost our suitcase; and they telephoned the airline several times without us asking; and helped us in every way. This was both a business and holiday trip; and I have stayed in this hotel about 5 times now, and think it is great!

Paul

Room Tip: Noisy rooms face the main road; ask for one at the back!

The hotel is pretty new and the rooms look good. Beds are really comfortable and big.
Bathrooms are also very nice - I would only add at least a small shampoo and normal soap (there is a liquid soap distributor). The location is very nice - 5 min walk to the Orange metro line that goes to the city center within 15 minutes. Walking to the city centet takes about 35 minutes. (via Andrassy street which is very nice). The Varosligeti venue is jest next door.
Rooms facing the main street are a bit loud.
Would definitely come back for both business and pleasure when looking for a budget hotel.

Good size rooms. Nice, spacey and clean. Food was good, lot of choice. The hotel is near one of the main attractions. There are also few museums around the corner, a nice park and a zoo. I would definitely come back!

Very nice hotel a few meters from the Heroes Square and two stops from the city centre. We noticed on the last day, but it's also very very close to the Zoo. You can see some of the animals from your windows. Expect everything you usually expect from chain hotels when it comes to accomodation and prices.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for the room overlooking the zoo if you'd like to see some of the animals.

A group of 6 stayed in this hotel at the end of October 2014. The location was perfect for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. The Baths are just round the corner as are a few museums and the zoo. I would defiantly stay in this hotel again when I come back to Budapest in the near future, Excellent city. Would recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: Rooms on the right side of the building are good as they come with a nice view. Try to keep away fro...

This hotel is my first choice when I travel in Budapest. Good location, metro and bus stations close, close to the highway also. The turkish baths are two minutes distance on foot. It is a nice clean hotel.
